I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have had horrible dentist experiences so my anxiety around the dentist has been bad for years but every single person here has made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. I felt like I could trust Dr Kitchen immediately. If you are looking for a place you can feel comfortable, cared for and not judged, this is where you need to go.

I had a great experience at Summerlin Smiles, and I especially want to recognize Valerie for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and helped make the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Employees like Valerie are a big reason I'll continue coming back. Thank you for providing such excellent care and service!

I was on vacation in Las Vegas when I suddenly had a tooth problem and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. I’m so grateful I found Summerlin Smiles! They were able to help me quickly, and the entire experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. The office was spotless, modern, and very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me during my vacation. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Tran and her assistant. I was a bit nervous going in because I hadn’t had a checkup in a while, but Dr. Tran immediately made me feel at ease. She was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including showing me my X-ray images and helping me understand the importance of regular checkups. Unfortunately, I did have a cavity, which was my biggest fear, but Dr. Tran made the entire process seamless. She explained each step as she went, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Her clinical skills are truly next level. On top of being an excellent dentist, Dr. Tran is personable, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, and genuinely cares about her patients. She also doesn’t try to overcharge, which I really appreciate!

We have been loyal customers for more than 16 years and have even recommended friends and family because of how satisfied we were with the care and service we received. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and betrayed. My son had a metal cap/space maintainer placed on his tooth to prevent misalignment while his adult tooth was coming in. At the time, the dentist recommended waiting six months before evaluating whether it should be removed. I agreed with the treatment plan and paid for the procedure. What concerns me is that I was never informed that there would be additional charges to remove the appliance in the future. Had this been clearly explained from the beginning, I would have understood and agreed to the cost as part of the treatment plan. After six months, the dentist recommended leaving the appliance in place a little longer and reassessing at the next visit. Now, at our most recent appointment, I asked for it to be removed because it has started bothering my son. To my surprise, I was told that I would need to pay an additional fee for the removal because it is now more difficult to take off. My question is simple: Why was I not informed of these future charges when the appliance was first placed? I reasonably believed that the treatment, including any necessary removal, was part of the original service. If I had been made aware of the potential costs upfront, I would have been able to make a fully informed decision and would have had no issue paying the amount. My frustration is not with the fee itself, but with the lack of transparency. As a long-time customer, I expected clear communication regarding all costs associated with my son's treatment. I hope you can understand why this situation feels unfair and why I am seeking a reasonable resolution. Quick Update: after an hour when we got home. I check my sons maintainer and pop off using my finger and came off no problem. Thinking that A. Dr has no clue how to remove this or B. They want to milk any penny they can out of me and the insurance.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office Dr Kitchen and the entire staff are truly 10/10 stars. They not only are great at their jobs which goes from front desk to every doctor and assistant there! They also care about comfort for each client they have. Called to find out what it would cost to have a simple denture printed or made. Nothing medical, no problem, no diagnosis needed, scan and produce a product. They refused to give a quote. If they can't say the cost of something, you are the product. This business practice exists to force you into a sum cost fallacy mindset, because you've already had an exam, already had the radiation of a scan you're more likely to pay whatever they want you to. Don't go anywhere like that, you'll save a lot of heartache.

Been going here since 2010 if I remember right. Wife has been going here even longer. Never had a bad experience here. Staff is on point and very friendly. I’ve had phenomenal interactions with all of the Doctors here. Very professional, and they always take good care of me. Even when it comes to explaining something I might not fully grasp. In my honest opinion hands down this is the best dentist office I’ve been to. I will continue going to Summerlin Smiles, they got me for life.
