Dental Specialty Care Of Lancaster

Don’t come here they never answer the phone and there very unprofessional.

I believe this dental office is more focused on money than patient care. When I first brought my daughter here, I was told she needed a root canal. A couple of months later, when I returned, I was told she no longer needed the root canal but instead required four crowns and a filling. I originally came here because my daughter had a broken filling with a cavity, but the treatment plan quickly expanded into multiple additional procedures that felt excessive. The tooth that was extracted was one that had previously been filled. I was told it needed to be removed, but I do not believe the extraction was necessary. What is most concerning is that the treatment plan appears to have been changed during the course of treatment saying she needed a tooth extraction, which made no sense to me. I only became aware of this change today. If this was the plan, it should have been communicated to me during my visit last week before any decisions were made. Unfortunately, I had to return to this office because this is where her previous dental work was done, and other providers would not treat her without requiring an out-of-pocket payment. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this dental office in the future. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before scheduling treatment here.

This was hands-down the worst dental experience of my entire life. The Hispanic nurse with the dyed hair and black glasses acted like she hated her job, rolled her eyes at every question I asked, spoke to me like I was wasting her precious time, and was being completely racist!!!! Any time I told her that I felt discomfort she yelled at me to just “man up” and threatened to restart the whole process. When I left I felt more stressed than when i walked in and tbh I’d rather let my teeth rot than go there ever again.

I must say this is one of the best children's dental office experience we have ever had. We drove 5 hours to get my 6 year Old teeth taken care of. The staff is amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, they are quick and efficient. Dr was amazing and spoke to us like humans and acknowledged our questions and concerns.. explained everything well and seem to really know how to handle children. As a pediatric specialist should. We have had some very unreal experiences with the kids dentist.. what a breath of fresh air and we will def be returning. Thank you!!😉

I just want to say that my experience was phenomenal! And that is all thanks to Crystal! I had the best experience getting a deep cleaning by her. She took her time, she was very professional, efficient and attentive! I’ve had deep cleanings before and they were very painful but she has changed my views on dental care because she really does CARE! I will never forget that experience! Amazing service, my kids love this place. The staff is super sweet and took care of all of our needs and answered all our questions. The doctors were gentle with my kids and talked us though the procedures step-by-step. My kids normally are afraid of the dentist, but we had no issues here! I also scheduled my appointment here for OS and had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone.
