As a dentist it takes a lot for a dental office to impress me. This office did. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Kates, this office shines - not only in the friendly and courteous approach, but to the knowledge and skill of Dr. Kates. If you are looking for a new dentist, you will not be disappointed here.

Great practice very welcoming, honestly but not pushy on any treatment recommendations or information provided. Really want to help people avoid dental issues of any kind. Hygienist and dentist both very aware of reactions in making the process as comfortable as possible. They review all information provided were aware of my allergies and made sure I felt completely comfortable with everything being done.

My previous dentist left his practice and I was looking for a dentist for a while. I was told to go to Dr Kates. I just had to get a crown and I was surprised how quickly and painless my visit was. The doctor explained everything and made the procedure easy to go through. The entire staff is friendly and courteous there. I highly recommend this office.

If you want a dentist, dental hygienist and office staff to treat you like you're part of the family, this is the place to choose! Not only is everyone extremely competent, they're also kind, super friendly and most importantly, honest. It had been a couple of years since I've had a cleaning and Maribel, the hygienist, did a great and thorough job with my teeth. Dr. Kates is endearing, intelligent and was very good at explaining what I needed without being pushy or trying to scare me into unnecessary procedures or treatments. I had a feeling my experience was going to be a good one from the first phone call with Jennifer and how smooth scheduling the appointment and discussing initial costs went. She's also just as lovely and on top of her stuff, in person. Thank you so much for a great experience, I usually dread going to the dentist.

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Vivian at the front desk is remarkably efficient and professional. Dr. Kate is thorough, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. My hygienist, Maribel, was incredibly polite and did an outstanding job with my cleaning—she was gentle yet meticulous. Overall, this is a wonderful office with a truly great team! Highly recommend.

Dr. Kates is the best. I went in for an issue with a front tooth, he listened, asked questions, gave me the options and then repaired the tooth better than I could have hoped. Jenn is amazing as well, she makes it all work.
