Dental Studio of Jersey City

Have been going to this Dental office for nearly 5 years. Everyone is so lovely and attentive, I feel like my dental care is in great hands. Highly recommend!

Just had an excellent appointment with Dr. Monica Binsol. She was professional, she was precise, she was fast, she was efficient. She explained everything perfectly and most of all she took care of making me feel comfortable with whatever the financial responsibility I will have and she didn’t do anything unless I knew exactly what I’ll be charged for, as per my insurance. And honestly, that’s such a relief compared to previous Dental practice that I’ve been to, where things are not clear and you face unexpected bills. This is how you treat your clients in today's crazy world of insurance charges. Thank you for putting the patient first, Doctor.

Update: They were able to fit me in and took care of the problem at the first available. They were very good to adjust the filling and answer all my questions. Will be going back for more fillings. I went to this office as a new patient, hoping for a positive experience and good care, but it has been a disappointment so far. During my filling procedure, I was cut underneath my tongue, which was uncomfortable. There was no mention or apology for this, which made the experience even worse. After the procedure, one of the fillings was left too high, and now it’s cutting into my tongue, making it painful and difficult to speak. When I called the office to try and have them quickly smooth it out the front desk staff, Jessica, was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or accommodating me as a patient. I was told I’d have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I know fixing a filling doesn’t take long and is usually quick from my experience. This lack of empathetic urgency and customer care is not what I expected from this dental practice especially when I was looking for a dentist who would prioritize their patients’ needs. At the first sign of a problem, I was essentially turned away and ignored, forcing me to find another dentist. I was told if there were any issues to call and they can have me come in but it seems that is not the case.

Came for the location and stayed for the office and Dr. Binsol! Had a great experience here and 10/10 would recommend to anyone. It’s an extremely friendly, modern and clean office and Dr. Binsol and her team make you feel right at home. They explain the process and somehow make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I did Invisalign and couldn’t have been happier with the results!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Dr. Binsol and her colleagues. My whole life, I’ve struggled with going to the dentist because of so many terrible experiences. Only now, as I turn 32, have I finally found a dentist that I enjoy seeing. Truly exceptional dental care provided here — you can take my word for it.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent dental cleaning! Erin did an amazing job, she was thorough, gentle, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. My teeth have never felt cleaner. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend this office and especially Erin for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
