Downtown Dental Jax

As a rule, like most people, I don't like going to the dentist but this visit was different. Dr. Portalatin was friendly and explained exactly what was going to be done. His assistant, Jasmine put me at ease and helped me get through the procedure. I am glad that I chose downtown dental for my care.

I had the most pleasant experience. My tech was totally awesome 😎. Love her. I give her a 10 + ⭐ My teeth have never felt cleaner. Thank you so much and I look forward for my next cleaning. I got to meet my dentist. He was very nice . When I was researching, I researched by 🤩 stars

Very friendly staff and attention to details in the space itself made me feel comfortable and at ease. They communicated what was going to happen and didn’t pressure me with add ons or up sells like a previous dentist’s office. 10/10- highly recommend!

I came to Downtown Dental Jax because my dentist of over a decade no longer accepted my insurance. I was super impressed with how they took care of me. Dr Portalatin and staff are amazing! They are professional and knowledgeable and you can really tell they care about their patients.

Love Downtown Dental Jax so much. Hygienists and Dentists are all very professional, friendly and thorough at what they do. The ladies at the front desk are also nice. Easy to make or reschedule appointments. The office is very clean. From their old location to their new, my husband and I have been very satisfied patients. We have Dr. Portalatin who’s very kind and definitely takes care of his patients.

I have been going to Downtown Dental Jax one time from months ago and . I love the clinic there and the staff, specifically Doctor Maria Alchammas she so kind , patient,professional and caring person.She is very personable, pleasant and positive.
