I've always struggled with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, so I was incredibly nervous from the start. But from my very first phone call with Emily, I knew this experience was going to be different. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone made me feel so welcomed the moment I walked through the door. Em took me back to my exam room and immediately helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Throughout the entire process, I genuinely felt cared for and valued as a patient. Then I met my saving grace, Dr. Bristow. She listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and gave me so much confidence. I came in needing an emergency procedure, and in my opinion, she absolutely saved the day. I even told her that if every dental visit were like this one, I'd have no problem going to the dentist regularly! Dr. Bristow and the entire team completely changed my perspective on dental care. Their kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. If you've been putting off dental work because of fear or anxiety, I can't recommend 21st Century Dental enough. I'm saying this as someone who has avoided the dental chair for years. I now have complete confidence in this team, and I'll gladly travel any distance to remain a patient at 21st Century Dental. Thank you all for turning what I expected to be a stressful experience into one I'll always remember with gratitude.

I enjoy coming to this dental office. Dr. Bristow always does an amazing job as do the hygienists and assistants. Got to meet Emilia today and she was also such a breath of fresh air! For my procedures, I felt little to no discomfort which is always a plus with dental work! Everything was done thoroughly and quickly! Thank you to the entire staff!

I had an excellent experience at 21st Century Dental of Irving. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The office was clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special thank you to Tori and Dr. Kumar for taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and provide detailed recommendations for the next steps in improving my dental health. I truly appreciated how they answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment options.

After 30 years of having a partial to replace 2 front teeth I decided to visit with Dr. Roy about a permanent solution. I first went in for a cleaning. The staff was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Then visited with Dr. Roy regarding options. We landed on a Dental Bridge being the best option for my situation. I had waited to book it due to a travel schedule. About two weeks after my travel the staff reached out to me, unprovoked. Which means they made note of that and followed up at a better time. I then booked the appointment. Went in and they made sure all the steps were taken to ensure my mouth was numb before starting. They began the process and stopped if I needed. Attention to detail here is top notch. Three weeks after my initial I went in and got the permanent. The color and the alignment is perfect. Made me wish I had done it 15 years earlier. Where 21st separates themselves is by caring about each person. The dentist is never fun, but they make sure you are comfortable and informed of all possible outcomes. Never pushed anything just informed and left it to me. Anyone can do the procedure and take your money. This place takes time, and truly makes it personal. When you check in they’ll remember you from the first visit even to the checkout to make sure you u destined all your options. Don’t spend your hard earned money with people that don’t act like they are worried about your comfort. This place cares. They’ll prove it.

The most amazing dental experience of my life! I mean, how am I raving about going to the dentist… From appointment, to arrival, to “work”, to billing and post appointment - a truly badass experience. It can’t get any better than this. I have been blessed to have been referred to this incredible dentist and company. Life changing and look forward to many more.

The 21 Century Dental Team of Irving is masterful and truly excellent in their profession. They are kind, caring, insightful, and incredibly skilled at what they do.
