I went in for routine clening and was received promptly at my appointment time! They were trying out a new system that offered things to help make the patient more comfortable (i.e.) stress ball, lip balm, blanket, bottle of water, etc. Loved that! They hygienist was very friendly, helped me relax and most importantly, did not hurt me. The dentist was thorough in reviewing my health and I was done before the hour was up! Excellent care.

Apparently, I should've looked at the yelp reviews. My experience was just awful. Highly DON'T recommend for people with dental anxiety. I booked an emergency filling as my dentist retired. I just had a small chip I needed patched. They talked to me more about sleep medicine for snoring rather than what I was interested to do with my teeth. The dentist came in and only was in the room for 2 minutes. And they only directly spoke to me once to ask if I understood what they were saying to the technician. I reiterated to the tech that I was told they'd get to a patch/filling today, and she said if I could wait another hour that they'd be able to. Then I was sent back to the waiting room for 5-10 minutes, before being brought into a room to discuss services I specifically said I wasn't ready for and wasn't interested in at this time. I was told the soonest they could get me in would be 3 weeks from now. All when I took off work to get a filling TODAY. Completely bait and switch and zero compassion for the client. They just got me in for XRays and a visit and solely interested in a quick buck. I was also told that with my dental anxiety that I would be met with a list of calming methods, but that obviously didn't happen either.

Nice facility and very friendly staff. I went in for my first visit and they made me feel very at ease. All of the latest and greatest technology is available. They were very thorough, and spent a lot of time going through what I need to have done and building a game plan to fix it. Several payment options were available also. I had an amazing experience!!

Very friendly staff and the service was fantastic. Had new crown made and the entire process was pain free. Quality work. Always concerned about your comfort level when in that patient chair.

So not to be long winded on reviews. I moved back to imperial Mo. A few years ago after leaving and had a male dentist that my family was going to. After years of dealing with condensing male dentist. I found precision dental care with a female dentist Dr stacey Ochoa. I can't explain how comfortable this practice and there staff have made my experience of going to the dentist. They offer so many things to make you comfortable that when you check in Now they ask if you need pillow, blanket, and other things to make you comfortable. Have to give a shout out Dr Mac, and everyone in this office.

I had a wonderful experience there.They did a root canal, and then put a Crown on.I've had pain now 7 months. I've gone back five times, they sent me to a specialist, but what in their x-rays?They say nothing's wrong, but my tooth hurts all the time.Sometimes it hurts so bad.I can't even eat on that side of the mouth but they refuse to do anything about it. So now i'm posting this and now i'm going to fill out the paperwork for the missouri dental bar association. File a complaint to the better business bureau. Have someone else redo it , Then get a lawyer!

The visit was professional and personable, affirming me as a person and a valued patient. The technician (Stacy?) carried out the examination thoroughly and took care to explain what was being done so that I fully understood the process and the importance of each step. She also went beyond the basics to explain the long-term process so that I would understand what to expect over the coming years, the potential lifetime of my appliance, and potential expenses over time. Overall, it was an excellent visit.

This dental office is serene and makes me feel very relaxed. The lighting is cozy, the waiting room gives a warm ambiance, and the staff matching the loving environment equally. I am forever grateful I found the is place. The tools are top notch technology making the experience as comfortable as possible. Night and day difference to your typical dental office. Give them a try and you will never go to another dentist again. That I can swear! The dentist and assistants are top notch and love their jobs. Thank you Preciaion Dental for the flowers and amazing bedside manners among many other praises that exceeds my character “text box” limit for sure!
