Great communication. Easy to make appointment. The on-line pre-visit forms were a bit intimidating. I had to share personal information multiple times on the forms and sign multiple times. I had a good experience with Dina and the dentist. I am usually very fearful of going to the dentist, but Dina put me at ease. She did a great job with my teeth, making me a return appointment and explained the breakdown of my insurance and my cost of future treatments .

The absolute worst experience of my life.. I went there today and he pulled 2 teeth and I felt the pain on the second but he proceeded to pull it... Felt pain on the third one and I had to tell him 3 times that I felt pain and he still continued to try and pull it until I made him stop. I don't think teeth are supposed to be pulled while being badly infected but he proceeded to do so anyway... Ive been in pain and crying every since and they sent me NOTHING for pain! I never make a review about anything in my life but this experience needed to be put out there! 0/10 do not recommend.

This clinic does the best work as pain free and gentle as possible. I just don't fear going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Bennet is taking great care of me.

Dr.Hamren is best Dentist that I've gone to in two states in 50 years. Multiple teeth pulled and I'm been scared most of my life of going to the Dentist. Being scared of the Dentist will affect your Dental Health and Physical Health if not addressed when needed. Dr. Hamren & his Dental Assistant Vurlisa are very compassionate, understanding and empathetic. Thank you

I’ve had to see several different dentists over the last few years due to issues with insurance acceptance. I have never had a worse experience than I did at this office. The hygienist was rough and seemed inexperienced with the X-ray equipment. She shoved it in and out of my mouth and left cuts on the inside of my mouth. The dentist was dismissive and talking to other people in the office while I was trying to explain while I was there. She started the cleaning and was very rough and honestly, kind of rude. I have Never experienced a cleaning hurt so badly. I had to get up and leave before my appointment was finished because of how unnecessarily painful and aggressive it was.

I am writing to formally address the circumstances surrounding my recent discharge from your facility. Despite my history of recurring dental issues, which are well-documented in my medical records, my requests for assistance were consistently met with dismissive responses or claims that necessary treatments were not recommended. The progression of my condition—which has now advanced to requiring a root canal and crown—could have been mitigated by the timely, basic intervention I initially requested. It is deeply concerning that I was offered a temporary filling only after committing to a $2,000 procedure, despite that being the exact nature of my earlier requests. Furthermore, being dismissed from the facility immediately after asking for ibuprofen to manage the pain resulting from an ineffective course of antibiotics feels both retaliatory and discriminatory. I am sharing this information to formally document my experience and to ensure that such occurrences do not affect other patients in the future. I remain in significant pain and require appropriate dental care, and I believe the handling of my case has been entirely unjust. It should always be okay to ask questions, seek other opinions, and choose specific care even with a different agency if that's what's best in the clients interest. The sad part is, I've had to call previously and make a complaint after my daughter was seen. I decided to move past it and offer excuses (maybe he was having a bad day) and continue to come for years just to be treated unfairly still. I'm happy to have found a Dentist who cares, who listens, and meets me where I am.

I love this dental practice! Kayla and Dr Hamren are wonderful. Just had a filling replaced and they were very quick and it was pain free. Marlin also does the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Viewmont Family Dentistry!
