BE CAREFUL! My experience with this office is far from professional! They will switch you to an out of network doctor, do piss poor work, max out your policy to your insurance and try to charge your insurance more money hoping that you don’t pay attention to what they are doing. When you contact them and tell this office that you have proof that this wasn’t what we and my insurance agreed to (and have the pre dental estimate), the person that’s in charge of billing always seems to be out the office. And no one seems to get back with you. GO TO A PRIVATE DENTIST. These places are placed to just make money that’s it! Professionalism and great dental work is not a priority here especially when your profiled to not know what the scheme is.

My friend Chris “ the Greek” came and got a new pair of dentures and he love them. He is happy and he smiles now. You gave him his smile back. Thank you so much! You give the people who need help a new smile.

I love Best Smiles… all of the doctors, hygienists, assistants and front desk staff. Everyone is so kind and they really work with in all ways! I have really bad dental anxiety and I always feel calm before any procedure. My only complaint is the AI phone system!!! Not a fan! I want to speak to an actual person!

I have been coming to this dental office in Richmond, VA for about two years. Unfortunately, extended and unreasonable wait times past scheduled appointments have become a recurring pattern here, with zero communication or regard for patients' schedules.

Listen. I do not do reviews often. Please take it as you will. I have attended this office previously for routine cleaning and I ended up needing a root canal. The doctor did not seem as if she knew exactly what to do. We had to reschedule my appointment multiple times because she could not numb my mouth properly. I left the office both times with numbing medicine still having an effect on me after being applied at least six times each session. I was sent to a different location where the owner, who specializes in root canals, was able to numb me once and proceed with the root canal. Afterwards I return to this Staples Mill location to have a cap put on that tooth. That procedure did not go well either. The doctor ended up shaving down teeth that weren't even an issue and was not able to get the cap to stay. I have now since been dismissed because of "missed appointments"

My daughter had an excellent experience at Best Smiles Staples Mills. Rhonda made her feel comfortable and was very attentive to her concerns. The doctor was efficient and explained the process to her. Scheduling was easy and they got us in quickly. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Sandeep Bhardwaj and the entire team were extremely professional and welcoming. I had three fillings and a cleaning, and everything was done carefully and efficiently. Special thanks to Resh, Alex, and Emelin for being so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office!

Same day appointment. Reasonable price. Lovely staff. Great work. If I were not visiting from out of town, these people would be my regular Dentist! Highly highly recommend
