Dr Babcock and his staff are great! They make sure you are comfortable and informed for all procedures. Dr Babcock’s attention to detail and abilities are amazing. His staff are friendly and courteous. They make visiting the dentist fun! Would definitely recommend Dr Babcock and his crew!

Five stars hardly seem sufficient for Hayden Family Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The office is immaculate yet warm and comfortable, and everyone—from the front-office staff to the hygienist and dental assistants—seems to have graduated with honors from the Institute of Customer Service. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. Dr. Benjamin Babcock was beyond thorough. He explained every aspect of my treatment in clear, precise detail, making even the more technical information easy to understand. His technique was impeccable. My system has always been unusually difficult to numb, so I approached the procedure with some apprehension. Somehow, Dr. Babcock made the entire experience completely pain-free—including the injection itself. Every step was handled with remarkable skill, efficiency, and care. He also noticed that I was becoming uneasy. This had nothing to do with his work; I simply struggle with the confined feeling of having people and equipment hovering close to me. He thoughtfully offered nitrous oxide. I initially declined, but after realizing I was white-knuckling the chair, I reconsidered—and was very grateful the option had been offered without pressure or fuss. Exceptional skill, exceptional communication, and exceptional care. I could not recommend Dr. Babcock and the entire Hayden Family Dental Center team more highly.

What a lovely experience. Everyone in the office was kind, gentle, personable and professional. Dr. Babcock is clearly focused on detail and care, asking questions and listening carefully. I’m very happy with choosing this dentist after moving. have a huge anxiety related with dental issues. Dr Babcock is very good about describing what is going on, why he chooses a specific plan. I feel like I am in trustworthy hands. The hygienist Heather, was also very good at keeping me posted about what she was doing, Ashley too, was very conscientious about what she was doing, ie, exrays, getting me ready! Everyone seems to be enjoying their work and that results in an overall good experience!

I was very sad when my previous dentist of 35 years retired. I then found Dr. Babcock (after many failed other dentist attempts) and he was the perfect fit. He's is down to earth, gentle, and knowledgeable. I'm an anxious, nervous, dislike the dentist kind of person - but not here. I'm so thankful I found this place.
