Excellent service both from the front desk AND the dental staff! Havertown Dental Arts took excellent care of an issue I had wth a bridge that became decayed and fell out after being in my mouth for MANY (50) years. The doctors were caring and accommodating when I explained that I am a very nervous dental patient who needed to be medicated to have that work done. They took excellent care to make sure I was sedated and I had the work done with no issues. I appreciated the time they took to explain everything in detail so that I understood exactly what would take place. All of the staff was exemplary, and I HIGHLY recommend this practice for all of your dental needs. Thanks Dr. Maconi and staff!!!

Haverford Dental Arts has been the best dentist I’ve ever visited! Everyone at the office is incredible kind and helpful, especially for patients like me who struggle with severe dental anxiety. They are clear with plans and payment and they have top tier communication! I cannot thank Dr. Maconi, Anna, & Michele enough for their kindness in my dental journey. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a new dental provider! You guys all rock!!!

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Lu and the staff at Havertown Dental Arts. I have a lot of dental anxiety and hadn’t been to the dentist in years, but they were patient, understanding, and worked with me on what I was comfortable with. I was especially grateful that Dr. Lu was willing to discuss the X-rays with me and work with what I was comfortable doing that day rather than refusing to treat me. They even played relaxing music when they noticed I was nervous. My cleaning was thorough and the numbing for my fillings went really smoothly. My only preference going forward is that I’d rather have Dr. Lu perform my filling work herself, instead of the expanded-function assistant. Overall, I felt heard and cared for, and I’m happy I found an office I feel comfortable returning to.

My new and forever dental office. I was looking for a quality, competent and local dental office. I did my research which brought me to this practice. The reviews aren’t wrong. I came to them due their positive reviews and will stay with them due to my own positive experience. I was welcomed into the practice from the reception area, the oral hygienist and the dentist. Everyone does their part to ensure an exceptional experience. Everyone is efficient, professional and kind. The little touches such as your name on the screen welcoming you when you are brought into the treatment area to the positive encouragement means a lot. I vetted them and now my entire family comes. Havertown Dental Arts 5 star rating is well deserved.

My first visit to Havertown Dental Arts was an excellent experience. The Hygienist and Dentist were very thorough and each took the proper time with me which I truly appreciated. Office staff were welcoming and broke down costs in terms a patient could understand. Finally, I walked out with a wonderful care plan to maintain my dental health. Oh, did I mention state of the art technology and techniques. A gem of a dental office and just what I was looking for.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Havertown Dental Arts. Christine was amazing with my 4-year-old daughter and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. Anna was very kind and gentle while taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth. She made me feel at ease the entire time, and her positive attitude made my experience truly pleasant. Dr. Maconi was straightforward, professional, and wonderful. The two lovely ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I was very impressed with my experience. As new patient everyone who works there explained what they are doing. They are very friendly and work with a smile. The front desk and all the technicians. I felt confident in the staff. As far as the office itself it is very clean and modern. It seems like all the equipment is new and modern and clean. I loved my experience at Havertown Dental Arts. Very impressed. Would recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with this office as a mistake thinking it was the office around the corner from my house. I was thankfully mistaken! Havertown Dental is amazing. The staff were all so incredibly nice (especially Anna, she's the fricken bomb. Perfect mix of funny and a little sas. DON'T LICK HER FINGERS 😆). The front office was kind, and the place is very modern and clean. The Doctor (that I saw) was very kind and thorough with their explanations. They even make a custom welcome photo with your name on it for each patient. So cool! I wish my teeth weren't so nice so I could go back lmao. I 100% recommend this office. Cya in August!
