Great Expressions Dental Centers - Grand Blanc

Everything was great. Dr. M and Staff were friendly. The team got me in and out quickly and did a great job.

Erica is very smug, unprofessional & rude. Unapologetically nasty Attitude when she failed to follow the scope of her employment. She called me this past Monday and purposely did not leave a voice message nor text reminder for my sons appointment. This is not the first time Ive had issues here. This was on purpose. Then stone walled me when I confronted her about it, refusing to give me patient services contact in which I obtained from a different location…laughing arrogantly on the phone & very unprofessional. I cancelled all of my appointments for me my daughter and son so they don't have to worry about me ever coming back there, they are cancelled. Very unprofessional and would you look at that….other people have said the same thing. Another local office stated she absolutely should have left a message or texted. This was targeted and I can take my good benefits elsewhere. Now the office is billing my insurance (I get notifications) all of a sudden after my complaint, from last year in September? Scam. Again Ive cancelled everything so no need to send me anything via Fed Ex, there are way better Dentists who actually train their front desk staff in interpersonal skills in the area. I only came here because I had insurance thru DENCAP which required me to use Great Expressions, and to take advantage of my union benefit but I no longer have Dencap and this was the final straw. Sincerely, a Federal Employee who works in customer service with excellent pay and benefits who would never treat customers with such nastiness. Please take a interpersonal skills course and when you mess up, you apologize like an adult, not get a dismissive attitude with customers.

Very kind, calm, professional staff. Dr is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand treatment process. Flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend this office/Dentist!

Quite honestly, this is the only dentist I have ever felt comfortable at and had good experiences. Super friendly and warmly staff and very personable! 10/10 would recommend

This is the best dental office in the GB area in my opinion. I've had issues with billing, canceled appointments after arriving, waiting forever to be seen at scheduled appointments, bad dental work, etc. at other places in the area. This place is GREAT! They call you right back shortly after arriving for scheduled appointments. They always answer when you call. The lady that cleans my teeth doesn't talk much, but she's nice and does an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth. The dentist is nice and personable. Plus, I've had no issues with incorrect billing. Soooo, 10 out of 10, would recommend! 👌🏿🦷🪥😁
