Best Smiles Glen Allen

I visited for an initial evaluation / check-up. Previously I was a regular at another dentist although it had been 1.5 years since my last appointment; at that point, I had zero cavities or issues with my teeth. To the positive: the office and equipment was very nice, new, and clean. The staff were also super friendly. However, during my check-up I was told I had 9 cavities and fillings were suggested. This seemed quite improbable to me as I had zero cavities just 1.5 years ago. I ended up getting a second opinion from a trusted dentist via referral...who told me I had "perfect teeth" and no cavities. I understand opinions may vary by dentist, but 9 and zero is impossible to reconcile. Had I not thought to question this, I probably would've signed up to over half a dozen fillings that I did not need. Quite disappointing and I will not be visiting again.

I had a wonderful visit today. The super nice lady Brenda was amazing with my appointments and scheduling my daughter as a new patient. Will be bringing my family and friends here. Dr. Pardhan was the best dentist ever, never had such a great dentist that explained my treatment in detail thank you doc. I have came 3 times and each time is better! I drive almost 2hrs & wouldn't change it because the experience is wonderful .Dr. Rauf is soo nice and makes you feel comfortable and at home. You can watch TV or listen to music while getting your Teeth cared for! At check in/out Brenda & Alanna is soo helpful and warming! Nobody is rude here. 10/10!

I had such a great experience at Best Smiles in Glen Allen. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and helpful which immediately made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant was patient, caring, and made sure I felt calm during everything. The dentist was amazing. I had a tooth extraction and honestly didn’t even feel it. They also fixed my front teeth, which I had been insecure about for a long time, and did some root canals for me as well. The work they did completely changed my confidence and my smile. Everyone there treated me with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Best Smiles to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients.

Great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff Tamariyah & Bernice are friendly, & professional! Dr. Z is thorough, and took time to explain everything during the appointment eliminating Hailee’s fear of the dentist. Dental Assistant Paavani is very knowledgeable & has the best bed side manners.
