This office gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Woolf is an amazing dentist as always, very informative, and he makes every visit great with his sense of humor. My hygienist Dyani did an amazing job with my cleaning, very thorough and even though it was a deep cleaning she was gentle and made my slight dental anxiety go away. While I was getting my cleaning, Jamilet (my sons hygienist) was cleaning my son’s teeth and I could hear how amazing she was with dealing with my crazy son! She was so great with the kiddo and so sweet. Karina did a great job helping with his x-rays, being so polite! Also, Rosalba made my son feel so welcome and even made sure he had a visit to the treasure box before we left. Overall great experience! :)

The staff is absolutely incredible! Everyone was so welcoming, from the front desk to the dentists on staff. They were able to see me right away, going over and beyond to facilitate my needs after the procedure! I truly recommend that everyone check them out! Dr. Wolfe thank you so much for your help! Dr. Daniel Woolf is outstanding—he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, never rushes you, and truly cares about his patients. During my recent root canal, he kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole experience much more comfortable. I also want to recognize Promise Williams for her kindness, patience, and guidance with treatment options and finances. She answered my questions thoroughly and clearly cares about helping patients make the best decisions for their care. The staff and doctors at this practice are absolutely phenomenal, from the moment you enter your greeted with a smile and overall professionalism. I was made aware upfront of any fees I would be responsible for after my insurance. Dyani was my hygienist and I’m grateful to have had her. She did an exceptional job with my deep cleaning as I’ve feared the dentist visits time of the year, it’s sends my anxiety through the roof but Dyani walked me through every step of the procedure and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Everyone was very nice. The exam was more thorough than any dental exam at my previous dentist. Everything was explained simply and completely about the results of the exam and the work that was needed. I really felt that everyone there communicated with each other very good and were very knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I was in good hands. All insurance and out of pocket cost were explained to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Carolina Dentist to anyone who needs a new dentist.
