Staff is wonderful, both Dentist here are absolutely fantastic and know what they’re doing. I would give more than five stars if it was possible and I highly recommend them.

I've been going to this dentist for a while now. They are fantastic and really make me feel at ease. I've had bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, so it's really great to find one that's as nice as this one. Dr. Nitz and Dr. Swintosky are both great.

This was the best dentist experience I've ever had in my life!! I have bad anxiety and he talked me through the whole process in a way I could understand. Definitely made me feel comfortable.

Office staff is the nicest ever, and hygienist Sunny is amazing!! I hadn’t been to the dentist regularly in several years when I started going here and they were very understanding of my nerves and patient with me. I just had my first regular 6 month follow up and I was in and out in no time and they did a wonderful job on my cleaning. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had broken a tooth and had called my regular dentist, Mortensen, and they wouldn't get me in until August. I looked online for emergency dentist and found Capitol Smiles, who were able to get me in two days later. Everyone in this office was pleasant and seemed genuinely pleased to serve. Dr. Swintosky determined that I needed a crown and they got me in fairly quickly. He and his assistant (apologies for not remembering her name) were patient and explained everything as they went along. I never felt like I was in some sort of assembly line as it seems many dentist offices are becoming. Highly recommend. Hopefully my cleaning goes as well.

I had to find a new dentist and went through my insurance and chose Capital Smiles. I made an appointment with Dr. Nitz in Frankfort, Ky. Dr. Nitz is an excellent doctor and his assistant is too. They provided me with the best dental care experience, I have ever had in my lifetime!! note i am 67. The whole team at Smiles, were so professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely kind. They are very easygoing and made the whole treatment plan so much easier. Also, they work with me on my treatment. I recommend them 1000 percent. Great Organization.
