I was apprehensive about going to Advantage Dental in Eugene due to reviews I’d read prior to my first visit but honestly it was the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Checking in was quick and easy, Myra was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone with scheduling appointments. Bill Castle, LD was very nice and made me feel at ease immediately which is saying a lot. He answered all my questions, provided additional information and explained how everything worked with the denture process. I’m no longer worried about future visits. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who tend to be nervous patients.

Wonderful experience- I had two teeth pulled. They were communicative and considerate. My teeth were infected and one took a long time to take to the numbing. They were patient and when it came time to pull, they reminded me to breathe and the assistant(Barb) held my jaw to reist the pull and it was so nice. I had to hold it myself last emergency extract at another dentist and it was stressful. Quick procedure, kind care. Very happy with the team.

So far everyone has been very patient with my foibles and anxiety/stressed personality. I dont feel uncomfortable or judged because of how i look and or act. My experience today with Advantage Dental was absolutely amazing! I had a pretty serious procedure done! All my teeth pulled at once! I know it's something simple for them to do! But Barb (my hygenist) and the Dr. Absolutely made me feel so comfortable! I wasn't just another patient, I mattered to them! My feelings, pain, comfort level, and whole experience to them mattered especially my feelings! It was absolutely incredible! Some of the Advantage Dentals need to take lessons from everyone in every part of the Eugene clinic off 17th! Update! Avery is absolutely amazing! She's my denturist! She's so gentle and kind! It's been a very great experience! This is a very scary experience and it's a life changing experience for sure! Everyone in this specific clinic makes it their top priority to make you feel comfortable and welcomed! Today I picked the color of my new teeth! So excited! It's such an amazing experience each time! Thank you so much to the Eugene Oregon Team!

I’m am just gonna have to say this place is amazing! I got all my uppers and lowers extracted yesterday and i can’t thank the dentist and his assistant enough. They were both super nice and walked me through the whole process making sure I was doing ok. I thought for sure I’d be hurting the next day, but so far so good. Thank you advantage dental for helping me On my journey to getting a new smile. Even the receptionist was sweet and gave my son something on the way out the door.

Had to get an urgent tooth extraction on top of the other 2 teeth I needed removed. I ended up getting 2 removed on my left side. They were very nice and open about scheduling the 3rd tooth for another time. I was nervous especially with anxiety but the Staff made the time there very smooth and easy going. They are absolutely amazing people with humor kindness and are very professional at what they do! Listening to reggae on top of it was Awesome! 🤙

As a patient of Advantage Dental, I am always very satisfied after every visit. The clinic has a professional, friendly, and caring team, and all of the doctors provide excellent care. I would especially like to recognize Bill Castle, the denturist at the clinic. He is a very skilled and very friendly specialist. He made my dentures, and I am extremely happy with them. They are so comfortable that they feel like my own teeth. Thank you to Bill and the entire team for your outstanding work and care!😊

I took my granddaughter to her three-year check-up; the staff were very helpful and kind. Her hygienist and her dentist were exceptional with her, and she absolutely loved the experience.
