I experienced significant discomfort with a crowned tooth, and I was promptly seen on the same day for an extraction. Dr. Apilado performed the procedure exceptionally, and I experienced no pain. His assistant, Leslie, was very kind and ensured my comfort throughout the visit. Mike provided clear and helpful explanations regarding payment options and subsequent steps. I plan to return for future follow-up appointments.

Over the years, Dr. Kimball did an excellent job placing implants and crowns for my teeth. Ever since he sold the practice to Dr. Apolido the quality of service has gone down hill! The dental technicians didn't know what they were doing when they tried putting a crown on one of my recent implants and I was scared that my teeth were going to be damaged! Dr. Apolido was very indifferent and didn't seem to care and the front office lady was rude to me when I explained to her that my temporary crown fell out 3 different times before finally placing a permanent crown. Don't come to this dental practice if you love your teeth!

Dr. Apilado and Carmen provided excellent care throughout my visit. Carmen took the time to clearly explain the treatment I needed and made sure I fully understood everything. The service was also very efficient, and the work was completed quickly without compromising quality. Thank you both so much for the outstanding care and professionalism 😊

Very disappointing experience. This dental office forces X-rays every 3 to 6 months, even when they don’t seem necessary. They constantly cancel appointments and expect patients to adjust their schedules; otherwise, they postpone your visit for up to two months, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the waiting time is extremely long, even when you arrive on time. It also feels like they try to bill the insurance for excessively high amounts, which is very concerning. Another major issue is that they refuse to treat more than one cavity per appointment. If you have two cavities, they make you schedule separate visits for each one, wasting time and money. Finally, the front desk staff is very unfriendly. Whenever you call, they sound annoyed and angry, which makes the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, respectful, and patient-centered dental care. They don’t care the patients, they just care the money
