Everything was amazing from friendly staff and Everything that was taking place was explained clearly. Time of procedure was excellent. Dr. Fagan was absolutely wonderful! Her assistant for thst day was amazing. They were a great team. Everyone communicated with each other which made my experience 5☆☆☆☆☆♡

I was a new patient ( never seen before) and needed to be seen on a Thursday with pain and as suspected, infection, and needed to be seen before the weekend. My former dentist couldn’t see me until the following Tuesday. Cove Dental worked me in hectic schedule - in spite of the fact the other 2 DMDs had a baby the day before!! Was seen by great staff ( Aubrey ) and Allison Fagan DMD in Easley office the following Monday am . Beautiful, state of the art Office and friendly, competent support staff. Scheduled return visit immediately and have been contacted twice by Aubrey to confirm appointment for a detailed treatment plan. Thank you all ! Delighted to be a new patient . I am having a lot of problems with my teeth and I don't smile anymore because of that. Years of neglect plus genetics plus having a fear of the dentist has really cost me my self confidence the last couple of years. I was looking for a dentist and my friend Jennifer works here and suggested I come in and give them a try. Everything about this office was great. The people are so nice,not judgemental and very knowledgeable. They made me very comfortable and that is saying a whole lot for me! We are working on a plan to get my teeth fixed to where I will be able to smile again one day. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a try. I will be going back soon!

I'm a first time/new visit patient. My DH, Heather was outstanding! She told me every thing that she was going to do for my examination, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Great personality! Dr. Fagan came in after Heather finished her exam and taking x-rays. Dr. Fagan introduced herself, and followed up on the examination and x-rays Heather had completed. Dr. Fagan was very personable. She took her time, and explained everything about my exam and what they saw and provided me a detailed dental health plan-that included the insurance coverage and my out of pocket cost. Outstanding service excellence, professionalism, and friendliness.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Cove Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional. The office was extremely clean and comfortable, and the entire staff made me feel at ease the whole time. A huge thank you to Maddie for doing such an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and friendly, and she took the time to explain everything while making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. My teeth have never felt so clean! You can truly tell that everyone here cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience. I actually look forward to coming back!

I had an excellent experience at Cove. Changing dentists can be difficult, but from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Maddie, my hygienist, was outstanding—very thorough, gentle, and detail-oriented. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. The entire team was professional and kind. I’m thankful to have found such a great office and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently moved here from out of state, and were anxious to find great dental service. Fortunately, we chose Cove Dental Center in Easley. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by the friendly receptionist. Then, soon after, I met Maddie, the dental hygienist. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, and did a thorough exam and cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Fagan, also very welcoming, followed up the cleaning with a post examination. Not only was I impressed with their genuinely caring and energetic spirit, but also with the way they all worked together as a team. I can honestly say that this experience was far beyond my expectations, and I look forward to returning for my next cleaning. Great job Cove Dentistry!
