My experience was excellent from the beginning. Dr Farooqui is very meticulous. His work is to thrive for perfectionist. His team follows his steps and brings more techniques to help with every step of the process. Juan, Alexis and kelly was very gentle and professional and made sure they were sensitive to my discomfort and pain tolerance. They communicated every step of the process. They all worked as a team to make sure the process went smooth and orderly. They did a great job! Thank you guys! I am completely satisfied with the final results, the staff as well as the service. I have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you!!

Everyone was super nice & helpful. Staff, including the Doctor, spoke with respect & and professionalism. They all explained my treatment plan & options in a way I understood. My anxiety has lessened a great deal and I am not second quessing their ability to take good care of my teeth. I have not had this great of an experience with a Dental office in years!

I went to Crystal Family Dental about a month ago for my first cleaning, and the hygienist did an amazing job! She was very pleasant, thorough, and took great care in making sure my teeth were cleaned exceptionally well. Today, I returned for a filling, and the dentist was patient, listened to my concerns, and did a wonderful job. My bite feels perfectly aligned, and I have no pain or discomfort. I’m so happy I was referred to Crystal Family Dental. The entire staff is wonderful, and I highly recommend them!

My experience was very professional. The front desk was friendly and fast. I did not have to wait long to get seen. The employees were very friendly and gentle with handling procedure and explains the process of each step they complete before I saw the doctor. The doctor was very gentle and thorough. He made sure he everything was examined correctly. He made sure all my questions were answered and any concerns he had or was visible he made sure he addressed them before I left. He took his time with me and did not feel rushed. He also made it clear that he takes his patients relationships very seriously and works with them where he does not pass them down to other doctors so he walks alongside every step.

First and foremost, there were absolutely ZERO unpleasant staff to deal with. They were ALL incredibly kind, nice, very easy to talk to, and great at their jobs. The ones I interacted with specifically excelled beyond in those categories (among other things). Jacqui the front desk girl was very kind and accommodating as I walked in. She was super helpful in clearly and easily explaining what the next steps were after the appointment. Alexis ( the guy who did my cleaning and assisted the Dr.) was very personable and relatable. He was also very very proficient at his job. He took multiple Xrays in no time flat, as well as quickly (AND effectively) applying other treatments in a timely manner. Dr Farooqi had excellent bedside/tableside manner and took time to actively listen to all my concerns and what was bothering me. I felt my voice was heard as a patient, that my concerns were properly addressed, acknowledged, and that there were solutions to those concerns. I felt I was in good hands as he (Dr) was immediately able to formulate a treatment plan that was simple to understand and that made sense logically. Between the interactions of all the staff, as well as the care received during my visit, I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new dentist / dental care.

My son is autistic, and dental visits were very challenging. Crystal Family Dental Care has worked with us over the last year to help turn our experience around. They are patient, they help with outside-of-the-box solutions, and they are helpful. We are working together, and it makes a difference! Today my son had the most amazing visit ever, I was so proud of him and the whole team. We do 3 month visits, which makes a huge difference and they made it affordable to do so. We practice at home for our visits. We have all worked together and it is paying off. A year ago he was written off with a referral to a specialist... but I didn't think that was the best solution. I'm happy to say that advocating for him, and having a dental team willing to work with us, got us where we needed to be. Today he had a full cleaning, a panoramic x-ray, and even did floride trays! I'm simply blown away. Night and day from a year ago.
