The best staff ever! From the moment you walk into the door to the end of your visit, everyone is so helpful and kind. I'm terrified of the dentist and here they made me feel so comfortable and my little one too. I'm so grateful to the staff and the doctors. It's really an amazing office and I can't wait to come back. Thank you Aryanna, Annabel, Sara, Wendy, the other receptionist and Dr.Rose. You guys are an amazing team!

I have been coming to Zack Dental for six months now, and I cannot recommend them enough! I came in to get partial dentures and was incredibly nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Thanks to their amazing care, the overall outcome and appearance are perfect. I can finally smile with confidence again, which is the best feeling as a patient.The office staff was wonderful from day one. They took the time to explain the entire procedure from start to finish, and every single appointment went incredibly smoothly. At one point, I needed a minor adjustment because the partial denture was causing a bit of friction and discomfort. They were fantastic and fit me into a quick 15-minute window right away to fix it for me.On a side note, sitting in the waiting area during my appointments has allowed me to see how they treat others. I have witnessed firsthand their immense compassion, kindness, and understanding with young kids, people who speak multiple languages, and individuals with disabilities. They treat every single patient with the exact same high level of care and respect. Huge shout-out to the entire team at Zack Dental for their incredible work and compassion!

Her compassion and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Dr. Fuentes took the time to thoroughly explain my dad’s treatment plan, and my dad is excited to begin the process of getting his dentures. The back office assistants, Ada, Miriam, Elizabeth, and Aryanna were all so friendly, professional, and caring. The front desk team Wendy, Trinity, Adriana, and Lupe were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and efficient throughout every visit. The front staff Wendy and Adriana along with Dr Rose are very attentive and prompt with any concerns and helped me be treated and seen when i had an unforeseen urgent matter. I appreciate Sarah as well for being very gentle. I had dental pain and I was able to be treated right away. I appreciate that they offer different financial options to get our dental care needs and not have to worry about financial part. I definitely got more than what I bargain for. I will continue to come here!

Excellent experience at Dental Groups of Covina! Dr. Rose thoroughly reviewed my treatment plan and made sure I understood everything. Wendy and Adriana at the front desk were exceptional and very welcoming. The Treatment Coordinator Lupe was extremely helpful, and the manager Anabel did a great job explaining the financial options while providing outstanding customer service. I had a great experience with Dr. Rose, she did my crowns and they look really nice. The assistants Ada and Mirriam were do kind explaining my treatment. Anabel the manager help me with a minor accident that I had and it shows they are all about the patient experience. Love the office and will becoming back.
