Excellent experience at Denta Smiles Dental & Periodontics! I would like to highly recommend Dr. Juan C. Mendoza and his entire team at Denta Smiles Dental & Periodontics. Dr. Mendoza did an exceptional job with my dental implants. His professionalism, expertise, precision, and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent results of his work. Today I had my dental cleaning with Johana, the hygienist, and she was outstanding. She was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain the proper way to care for my teeth and improve my daily cleaning routine. I truly appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail. I would also like to recognize Dr. Nicole Freytes and the entire team, including the front desk staff, for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcomed, respected, and truly well cared for. Thank you, Dr. Mendoza, Dr. Nicole Freytes, Johana, and the entire Denta Smiles Dental & Periodontics team for providing such a wonderful experience. This is a new place for me. I haven't been to a dentist in like 5 years and was looking for a new one. Conveniently, this is near my house and they take my dental insurance. The ladies were real nice and so was the DMD Dr. Freytes. The front desk clearly explained what services I was being charged and why that was, there was no hidden fees/costs and expensive as it was since it was my first time I will say they were very thorough over there.

Despite receiving a highly recommended rating from a close friend, I encountered a disappointing experience at this establishment. The management’s lack of empathy and compassion was evident as they prioritized financial gain over patient care. Unfortunately, I was unable to schedule a delicate surgery due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite calling the facility one day prior to the cancellation, they did not deduct the cancellation fee. In retaliation, the management decided to deduct $250 from the $450 they were supposed to charge for anesthesia. I have repeatedly emailed the management, but their response has been unresponsive. However, they have added an unnecessary X-ray to my bill, resulting in an additional $250 deduction. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and unjustly treated. Life is a Boomerang , Karma is the B. The money paid $450 suppose to be for the anesthesia on my daughter procedure for windows teeth removal in retaliation because we can’t make the procedure for extremely delicate circumstance they decided to kept the $250 for xray that they made for pre surgery procedure , that is not part of the deal , but they don’t want to lose anything they kept more than half in retaliation . I had a great experience at Dr. Nicole Freytes’ office. The entire team is amazing, very professional, friendly, and efficient. I arrived for my appointment and within 10 minutes I was already in the chair for my cleaning, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Definitely staying with this dental group, highly recommended!

My first visit here. I have never been to a more friendly, clean and caring dental office in my over 80 years. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I give them a 12. If you haven't tried us office, you haven't tried the best. Everyone here is a 10.
