I've had a great experience at VIP Dental! Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize my hygienist, Brendon. He was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. He had such positive energy, and it honestly made the whole visit enjoyable. I also loved the background music he had playing—it created a relaxed atmosphere and made the appointment feel much less stressful. The best part was his upbeat attitude. Having that level of positivity and great vibes at 9:00 AM on a Wednesday is impressive! Brendon made the experience smooth, comfortable, and even fun. I also want to give a shoutout to Raquel at the front desk. She was so professional, kind, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was that she remembered my kids, it was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made me feel valued and appreciated as a patient. Little things like that make a big difference. Highly recommend VIP Dental! The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

Like so many people, I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and also like so many people, I neglected my teeth for longer than I’d like to admit. VIP Dental Lounge creates a comfortable, judge free environment and it actually feels like the whole staff cares about you having a pleasant experience. They take the time to explain what’s being done and break down the cost for you. The offer a yearly subscription thing for cleanings and x-rays that’s great for anyone without insurance. I never thought I’d highly recommend a dentist before, but here we are!

From the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel calm and reassured. They were incredibly patient, never rushed me, and took the time to explain every step before it happened. The dentist was exceptional—gentle, understanding, and very aware of my anxiety. They checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and I never felt judged for being nervous. The extraction itself was much smoother and less painful than I expected. What stood out the most was the level of compassion. They truly cared about how I was feeling, not just the procedure. That made all the difference for me. If you’re someone who dreads going to the dentist or struggles with anxiety, I highly recommend this office. Hello. I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I’ve been a patient here since 2017, and honestly, the entire staff that has worked there has always treated me very well. However, the hygienist, Marelyn—every time my wife and I go in for a cleaning, she makes us feel right at home. She is kind, always smiling, and takes great care to ensure we don't experience any discomfort while she performs the cleaning. Personally, I have never felt any pain whatsoever; she does an excellent job. We are lucky to have found such a truly exceptional person. Finally, I recommend her 100%. I had a wonderful experience at VIP Dental from the time I walked in to the moment I left! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything to me in detail and provided me with aftercare! I will definitely be back!

I had a new patient exam/xrays/cleaning this week and couldn't be happier with the care I received! The office was very modern and there are individual patient rooms (I've been to other dentists where this isn't the case). The receptionist was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. The dental assistant, Alex, and Dr. Tavolzhanskaya were both very gentle and caring. The Doctor was extremely thorough, doing an exam for oral cancer before we got started and also checked my blood pressure. I very much appreciated her attention to detail when reviewing my medical history and making recommendations. The X-rays of my teeth were up on a giant screen that I could see, which was pretty cool. They even gave me a goody bag at the end.
