Cheney Dental Care

The reception was fine. The dental cleaning was fine. I have been a patient here for 41 years and this was not a friendly welcome by a new dentist. I expect a dentist to greet me with mask down so I can see his/her face and greet me personally before looking into my mouth. Cheney is a personable place and there needs to be a personable connection with professionals. This time I had to hold my hand out and introduce myself before there was any personal connection. That will not work here.

This dental office has been my ONLY dental office since 1987. There have been different dentists buying the practice but everyone of them has taken wonderful care of me. The staff has always been caring & respectful throughout the years. Debbie & Gail are still there after all these years. I would recommend Cheney Dental to everyone.

This is an amazing dental office. If you moved to Cheney, and you haven't decided which dental office to go to... Go to this one. They try really hard to get the estimates accurate. I also appreciate that they let me come in and prepay towards upcoming dental work. This helps a lot. Thanks Team Cheney Dental Care- your awesome!

The entire staff is courteous and professional. The hygienist, Joanie, who just did my semi-annual cleaning, did the most thorough and meticulous job I recall having in my life (and I'm 64 years old). Thanks team! Keep up the great work.

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The dental hygienist Joanne (hope I’m spelling her name right) was amazing! She truly made my experience 10x better. Her sense of kindness and non-judgement really made my overall experience amazing. I’ve already recommended my friends to go there!

From the moment I made my first call to see about an appointment same day for my jaw pain, I was extremely impressed with Cheney Dental. Jules was a delight to speak with, and went out of her way to ask many questions, listen to my concerns, and provide an abundance of information to help me better understand treatment plans as well as the different steps we could take to possibly resolve my pain. Couldn't have been more ecstatic!! Dr. Nic Rowland was immediately very easy to talk to as soon as he stepped in the room, went through everything in great detail, and was exactly the type of person you would want treating you or your family. I felt extremely taken care of by people who seemed to truly care and love what they do, and I couldn't be happier that I made that first call! Extremely nice people to be around! Thank you for what you're doing, and keep it up! :) can't wait for my follow up!

Phenomenal is the first word that comes to mind for the care and service received today. I called in the afternoon for an emergency appointment for both myself and my husband; Somehow they were able to get us both seen. We arrived and were met by friendly faces. They were quick to assist us in getting our paperwork filled out and completely understanding. The front lobby is actually extremely calming and comfortable. I LOVE the fish tank and so did my child. It's not super bright or anxiety inducing. The lights are dimmed a little and it's just has a very inviting feeling about it. Over the years my husband and I have received not great experiences when dealing with dentists. We have arrived with a problem and then it's well let's do an exam, make a plan, and then they have us come back another time or they send us to this specialist or another because they can't help me. For someone in pain and who already has anxiety about being at the dentist that just makes it worse. This was the first time I was able to take my husband to a dentist where they took his pain seriously and said ok let's deal with this right now and then we can do an exam later to make a care plan for the future. This is the first time I was in a dentist's office where I wasn't made to feel bad and made me believe that if I only got in sooner or prioritized the dentist then I could have avoided this. After explaining some of our difficulty getting us into the dentist regularly, they were quick to offer to schedule appointments for both my husband and I on the same day so that we can both make our appts. When I mentioned that I'm wanting to get my child re-established with a dentist as well, but wasn't ready to book an appointment for them yet. They made note just so that we can discuss an appointment for my child the next time we are in. Long story short, if you are looking for a new dentist and you are considering Cheney Dental Care, you won't regret it! 100% the best.

I have to say that these folks are pretty great. They have taken care of me, my wife and our 4 kids very well. The work they do is top notch and the service they provide is stellar to say the least. Thank you all! Especially for going above and beyond to take of my kiddos!

The staff is beyond amazing and accommodating! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Jules was super sweet and knew our situation right at check in. My husband chipped a molar and had to have an emergency extraction. He has never been a fan of the dentist and has high anxiety. Dr.R was reassuring and made sure my husband kept calm and felt safe every step of the way. Cheney Dental Care made sure my husband was comfortable and taken care of.
