The staff was attentive. The lobby clean and open. It could really use some live plants & it would be gorgeous-but that's just me. The dentist was great. She was engaged & understood my needs. FYI they gave me paper prescriptions & when I went to pick up my prescription( without them)-it delayed my antibiotic by a day. I haven't had paper prescriptions in a couple of years! I highly recommend.
Took my mom here after she broke a tooth. She had been putting it off and dreading going to the dentist due to past bad experiences. Everyone was wonderful and took care of her and she is very happy with her experience.
The staff were friendly and kind. They provided great service! They got my filling done and got me out the door quick!

Dr. Ballard and his staff are the best! I’ve been with them for many years. Davina, Dedra, Sherry & Hollie are so good at their jobs and always make me feel comfortable & well taken care of.
I just moved to the area and hoping to find a place that was as comfortable as my dentist I had elsewhere for 10 years. This was it! I was impressed with their efficiency and moreover the amount that they all seem to care. Definitely recommend!
