I had the best experience today in this office!!! I had to get x-rays and I have a bad gag reflex, and Sam and McKinley were so helpful and really worked with me and took their time to do whatever they could to make me as comfortable as I can be So my gag reflex would not be affected they were kind they were nice and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Had a full extraction and the staff were extremely comforting even offering to hold my hand as I was expecting the worst. We held hands for the bottom removal and I didn't hold her hand for the tops, there was nothing wrong with her hand as it just wasn't necessary. Dr. Wright did an absolutely quick and and precise procedure. He is definitely in the top of his field and his techniques were minimal evasive. My temporary denture was fitted right after the procedure and is extremely comfortable and it's more comfortable to have them in vs. out. I'm absolutely astonished that after 24 hours of the procedure and there's no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Wright and his team at Family Dental of Champaign to everyone for your dental needs.

I received a phone call to confirm my son’s appointment, at that time confirmed my own appointment which was scheduled before his. Apparently it didn’t get confirmed on their end. My appointment got canceled. I took off work, and now I have to wait for care until August. And at that point it will be over a year since I was seen so I will have to essentially start over with care through no fault of my own. Not terribly apologetic office staff, no offers to credit for the work I missed or anything. Really just a terrible system. I called around town and no one else has openings either so I am essentially hostage to their poor service.

They were amazing, very accommodating and friendly. The ambiance of the lobby is so nice and cozy too. Great customer service. We love Family Dental.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Everyone was very polite; I didn’t get the lady with the red hairs name but her Haley and Jade were very friendly and down to earth. Brandy and Jessica worked with my children and they were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! Dr. Jae was also very kind; he was very good with my children. I am very glad we will be getting our care here. Thanks again!!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and hadn’t been to a dentist in a while due to family reasons, so I was really nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and reassuring, which made a huge difference. I came in with a lot of pain and ended up needing a root canal. The whole process was explained clearly, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The pricing was also very affordable, which I really appreciated. I left feeling 100x better than I did the night before. I’m honestly so grateful for how kind and professional everyone was. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety or are worried about cost or pain.

I meant to leave this yesterday while fresh in my mind but this office is amazing. Staff are very knowledgeable but also takes their time and puts the patient overall care first. I trust the team and know that I’m in good hands because they actually care.
