Dr Ben has been my dentist for over 25yrs. The location, staff and professionalism surpasses all. The Best, hands down. And now! Dr. Joe, precise, comforting and knowledgeable. And this happens to be Dr. Ben’s son!! So, hands of gold. To have the profession of Dentistry. And I have been blessed to have found this office. Thank you. I’ll be back. Not to soon. Always. Our long time family dentist recently retired and we decided look for a dentist closer to where we currently live as we no longer wanted to travel over 30 minutes to the office. We asked several friends and neighbors for recommendations of local dentist. The office of Drs. Ben and Joseph Fierro was an office that several friends suggested. We were told that the dentists were father and son. Upon calling the office to schedule appointments for myself and my wife, we initially requested to be seen by Dr Ben, who was the father, the woman scheduling appointments told us that if we wanted to be seen sooner that there was an opening in Dr. Joseph schedule sooner than his father. We didn’t have an emergency and we thought about waiting to see Dr Ben, but we scheduled our appointments with Dr Joseph. WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR DECISION TO SEE DR. JOSEPH. Upon being seated in the treatment room, Dr Joseph came in introduced himself and explained what was going to happen. X-rays were taken and when they were finished Dr Joseph came in and reviewed the X-rays and examined my mouth. Dr Joseph informed me that I had a broken filling, which I had been told about previously at the old office but I had ignored. Dr Joseph asked if I had time he could replace the broken filling that very visit. Dr Joseph explained that he would need to give me an injection to allow me to be comfortable while he worked on me. I’m sometimes very anxious when a dentist has given me an injection in the past, I barely felt anything while Dr Joseph gave me the injection, he then left the room and allowed me to sit while the injection started to work. After 10-15 minutes my face had that sensation I get that feels numb. Dr Joseph returned to the room and once again explained what he was going to do and what I should expect. I’m not sure how long Dr Joseph took to finish the work but it didn’t seem very long and I DID NOT HAVE ANY PAIN AND I WAS NOT ANXIOUS. Dr Joseph explained that I shouldn’t chew or eat for a couple of hours and I scheduled an appointment to return for my cleaning. I don’t think I will ever look forward to going to the dentist, but I was very happy with Dr Joseph and believe I will be very comfortable going forward with him and his office. 👍

I had a cracked tooth on a holiday when the office was closed, and Dr. Joe still found a way to see me and take care of it right away. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with the utmost care, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through each step so I felt completely at ease. He worked quickly but very professionally, and you would never know the tooth had ever been cracked by looking at it now. I am extremely grateful that he went above and beyond to help me on such short notice, and I highly recommend Dr. Joe to anyone who needs a skilled, caring dentist, especially in an emergency.

He takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit, and genuinely cares about his patients. My family has been going to Dr. Ben Fierro’s office for decades. My youngest daughter has had to have multiple baby teeth pulled and thank god for Dr. Joe Fierro’s gentle touch and kind approach with her. Every time we had to return, Ava was always so comfortable with him. She recently was nervous about a cavity that had to be filled and once again, he was so awesome with her!

Dr. Fierro is great! I recently broke a tooth or lost a filling. I wasn't sure but something wasn't right. The office was closed when it happened, so I left a message and Dr. Fierro responded very quickly. He fit me in his schedule the next day. I ended up needing a new crown which he was able to do during that visit. I am very happy with the work Dr. Fierro did. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
