So grateful for Grande smiles. Their professionalism and hospitality is unmatched. They make sure you're comfortable and well during procedures. Shout out to Dr. Wallin and Tay for executing my wisdom tooth extraction, they killed it! I was in one of the most unbearable pains ive ever experienced and Grande Smiles took me in the same day. Shout out to the front office as well, they're really good people and very nice.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Above and beyond all care standards I have experienced (equal to my current pcp). Everyone in this place was EXTRAORDINARY. Easy scheduling, in and out. Very reasonable costs. Caring, competent, communicative, relatable, skilled and efficient. From the front desk to Doctor Poyczk. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well. I cannot speak highly enough about this place.

First experience here today and totally disappointed. The day before to confirm I recieved 5 texts and calls within a 2 hour timeframe saying they’ll cancel my appointment if I didn’t confirm what was already confirmed. I called saying it was excessive because I didn’t have time to respond. They didn’t take that lightly. I get to my appointment today and everyone is lovely except the front lady Sydney. She was the one I previously had spoken to about my appointment. While I was speaking with her manager about my daughter she leaned back to speak with another receptionist about me. Where I could hear and see them talking and pointing at me. Absolutely unprofessional! They were upset I said it was excessive the previous day. To do this in front of a patient is unacceptable behavior. Sydney had rolled her eyes at me when I had first arrived because she previously knew me. Get to checking out and I asked if someone else can help me after seeing her talk poorly about me to my face and she made me feel inferior. The manager checks me out, while she’s checking me out Sydney came back to the front. She then talked about me again with another front receptionist who again was staring me down. At the end of leaving and speaking to a manager her priority felt like checking the time frames of my messages was accurate. I showed her the texts and calls on my phone showing the proof. I told her the principle of this is she could have waited till I left to gossip like a child about me. Instead to do it directly in front of my face and loudly was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, I understand the reviews I hear about how it has gone downhill. Valerie and the Dr. were absolutely great!! Would not return simply due to how Sydney treated me.

This was my first appointment here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They got right to it, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole time. It’s a huge relief to finally find a dental office that makes you feel like a priority. Highly recommend!

Amazing atmosphere, amazing people. Kyrah and dr wallin were absolutely amazing. Best bed side manner, wonder conversation. Highly recommend this place wish I could give them 10 stars!

I had to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I was very very nervous about it. But it wasn’t at all what I expected, y’all. Wasn’t bad at all and very quick. Dr Hasan was VERY gentle and quick. He talked me through what he was doing as he pulled each wisdom tooth. I never felt any pain only pressure. And he is easy on the eyes. Him and Dr Wallin. Handsome men😊 Everyone is very welcoming and friendly from the gals in the front to the guys and gals in the back. Especially Zay, he is GREAT at his job! He really calmed me down and kept me calm through the entire procedure. He too talked me through as Dr Hasan worked and what to expect. His energy is amazing. And he’s a jokester. I laughed so hard I almost fell outta the chair. And then there was sweet Mia helping. Between her and Zay singing, and the jokes being told I forgot I was getting teeth pulled. They made me feel very comfortable. Seriously y’all if you are in the area and need a dentist, go to Grande Smiles in Casa Grande. The BEST by far! Their 5 star reviews are true and why I chose their office. I HIGHLY recommend them. Even if you have to travel to their office, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks Grande Smiles, y’all ROCK!

She was incredibly thorough, making sure every area was carefully cleaned and taking the time to explain what she was doing along the way. She made me feel completely at ease, checking in often to make sure I was comfortable and answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. It’s not always easy to make a dental visit feel relaxing, but she truly managed it. I left feeling confident that my teeth were exceptionally well cared for. Valerie is a true asset to the practice, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist who is both meticulous and genuinely kind.

Her professionalism really stands out—she explains everything clearly, works gently and efficiently, and takes the time to make sure you understand what’s happening during your visit. What I appreciated most was her personal touch. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make the experience positive and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in helping people feel confident about their dental health.
