I’ve been coming to this office for years, and they consistently deliver incredible service. The staff and dentist are always professional, courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I always leave satisfied knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Canton Dentists. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the entire appointment was smooth and efficient. The dentist took the time to explain my X-rays, answered all of my questions, and clearly discussed the recommended treatment and next steps, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. The office was clean and organized, and I appreciated the excellent care and attention I received. The patient forms are also relatively easily to complete and carry over if you have already completed them. I would highly recommend Canton Dentists to anyone looking for quality dental care. I had a great experience during my filling appointment. The dentist and dental assistant were both very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. They clearly explained everything they were doing, including the local anesthesia for my lower left jaw, and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The procedure went smoothly, and I appreciated the detailed aftercare instructions about eating while the numbness wore off. The numb feeling lasted for a few hours, as expected and everything returned to normal without any issues. Overall, the staff was professional, caring, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Steinhoff is the best dentist. She is very gentle and detail oriented. She cares for the patient by asking lot of questions and listens to their answers. The tech who cleaned my teeth is very good. I can”t tell you enough about both of them.

I may be a little biased, but my mom, Gina, is truly the best dental hygienist there is! If you're looking for someone who is kind, gentle, and makes every visit comfortable, Gina is the one to see. The entire office is wonderful—from the amazing dentists to the pleasant and welcoming front desk team. Everyone goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with this dental practice. Susie is the best hygienist ever. Dr Watkins is the first dentist ever that I look forward to seeing. The office has very up to date equipment and and they are always on time. Thank sooooo much.

I cried making my first appointment at this place. To put it in perspective; I jumped across different dentists in the area when I was a kid. I’ve never really had one solid place, and the last time I went to the dentist (Aspen Dental) they quoted me A LOT of money to fix my teeth. This was just after graduating college- still no money to my name, and left me feeling hopeless. So what did I do?…proceeded to not book an appt for the next several years because I was fearful of the price tag and judgement associated. Turns out; you can’t live like that forever. Fast forward to a few days ago- I knew I couldn’t hold this off any longer. Booked my appointment and cried on the phone. Was met with nothing but honesty and sincere compassion. I was able to get in extremely quick- 2 days. My initial dental hygienist, Lori, was the sweetest, most welcoming and reassuring person I have ever come across. She couldn’t get the full cleaning done, so I had to book another appointment. They offered same day or next day and didn’t charge me for the additional appointment; although I know it was self inflicted and was ready to absorb the cost. I went the next day and I didn’t have Lori, but i had another incredible woman (I don’t get her name) and she was just as nice and sincere. Doctor Timpner was also everything I could’ve asked for- she didn’t make me feel like a burden or a bad case. She didn’t jump to the immediate “no sugars, don’t eat candy or drink pop and floss at least twice a day.” lecture. She offered real suggestions and advice tailored to ME. Every single person in the office met me where I was at and treated me like family and like they’ve been my dentist since I was a kid. Not to mention, they quoted literally a fraction. Gave me the ins and the outs and the why behind the work. They walked me through all of my concerns, talked through why the work quote from the previous dentist wasn’t needed, and reassured me along the way. They really changed my mindset on the dentist. I have never said this in 29 years of my life, but I am excited to go back. 2 hours with them mended my dental anxiety and I could not be more happy I chose this place.

I came in with a clear dental issue and no insurance, hoping to get some kind of solution or at least direction on what could be done. I explained that my dental insurance would be active in two weeks and was looking for help managing the issue until then. Instead, I was charged $78 for an X-ray, only to be told there was nothing they could do for the tooth I was having trouble with — and I’m still dealing with the same problem. I understand not having insurance can limit options, but paying for an X-ray just to leave with no treatment, no temporary solution, and no real guidance was extremely frustrating. I would have appreciated more transparency upfront about what could actually be done before charging me.
