I've been a patient for a few years and it's been a great experience. I've worked with a few different dentists and they've all been knowledgeable and personable, so we've been able to discuss a situation and the pluses and minuses of the different options, rather than other places where they just told me what was going to happen. The office staff is also very well organized and kind.

I had a great new patient visit with Sam and Dr. Kim. They were very welcoming and thoroughly went through my concerns. They had helpful preventative suggestions, and let me make the decisions to pursue the treatments when I am ready.

I had an amazing visit, and I have a dental phobia. From the receptionist Julie to Brian, the dental assistant, to Dr. Lee, the care was stellar. They accommodated my nervousness and explained the procedure. They were patient, caring, super skilled, and efficient. I felt respected and like I wasn’t just another number in their schedule. I have avoided the dentist practically my whole life, but I must give credit where credit is due. I honestly have never had a more pleasant dental experience. I would definitely recommend Prospect Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Highly recommend Prospect Dental Group. They were extremely responsive whenever I had any concerns and very easy to communicate with over the phone and through email. They went above and beyond in helping me sort through specific dental problems I was having. It's been a lot of time talking me through and educating me as well.

Staff is professional and visits run on time. The hygienists and dentists are very gentle. My dentist has made clear recommendations and explained them to me; I never feel like she’s “upselling.” The physical office space could use some TLC.

First visit here at Prospect Dental and I love it here! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Lindsay at the front desk, she was very polite and welcoming. My appt was at 9:45am, but was seen at 9:30am. Dr. Lee and Brian were very nice and informative. They gave me step by step instructions on what they were doing and made me feel comfortable. At the end of visit, Dr. Lee went over the results of the pictures she had taken during the visit took, and what everything was. I was told I had a little cavity and I could schedule another appt, but because there were openings I was able to get the cavity taken care of right there and then(Dr.Lee and Brian once again guided me through the process so I felt comfortable). Lindsay was a great help, she explained my copays, deductible and what I should expect and I appreciate that. She also helped me with another matter, and was polite while doing so… might I add she did all of this while answering phones (that were ring all the time). I definitely recommend Prospect Dental in Cambridge. They’ve gained a forever customer!
