We Went there for the first time a few weeks ago with my granddaughter!! They were amazing with her!! I was very impressed at how they conversated with her and us!! I’d give them zero Stars, if that was an option. Do your research before you take yourself or your children to this awful establishment! Literally no one there knows how to do their job appropriately. They signed up for one job, but try to play another job. Do not I mean do not take your children. Here you would be better off taking them to the vet.

The dentist was rude! I’ve been trying to get my teeth pulled for 6 months now. They keep saying they don’t have the results from pre op testing and my pcp medically approved me. They want to see the work so my dr office sent it to them 3 times and they keep saying it was never sent I was on the phone with my pcp when she sent it to them! I was told after they get the results they will call me . That was last Thursday and today is Tuesday and still no call! I could have had my dentures by now. I’m goin somewhere else where they know what the hell they’re doing!

Both my son and I have been patients at French Creek Dental in Butler. Everyone has treated us with patience, kindness, and respect at every appointment. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and has some special needs related to that, ADHD, and Anxiety. They made him feel welcome and comfortable from his first appointment on. We always recommend French Creek Dental to anyone in need of services from cleaning to getting dentures. We love them!

I had one of my lower wisdom teeth extracted today and I give French Creek Dental Group of Butler a big thumbs up. The staff was fantastic. Everyone there was extremely professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr Jason Julius did a great job, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and painlessly the tooth was removed. The after care instructions were explained well and then he personally followed up with me a few hours after it was removed to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr Julius and his team for your dental needs. Thank you again for doing such a great job today.

The dentist seemed arrogant. The girls were all very nice. My only issue is with the actual dentist. He never stated his name, didn't believe anything I told him, and was very rude about me having a child. The girls were awesome, the one with me played with my son and continuously complimented how cute he was. I appreciate her. The dentist also seemed very rushed. I believe he should hire another dentist and work with his patients rather than rushing in and out and not taking the time to properly take care of his patients.
