Sprucewood is, hands down, the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The staff is professional and helpful and Dr Kasia Dionne is just amazing. She is so dedicated and talented. I trust her completely!

Had to wait nearly and hour after being told they lost my paper work- I had my second appointment with them today, after my initial appointment 6 months earlier. This was supposed to have been a simple cleaning scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:07 and had been informed that they had still not received my records from my old dental office and that I could sign a ROI to have my records sent over which was all fine I, understand they need my authorization in order to do that, but then I was informed that they needed a new patient packet to be filled out before I can be seen. I told them that was not a new patient and that I had already filled out those forms for them and that they should already have all of my basic info on file from my initial vist to which I got they did not have on file from my vist 6 months before. So I filled out another new patient packet and had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes before being seen. I understand if places are under staffed and scheduling can become messy but I was not impressed with how unorganized they had been with contacting me and keeping track of paper work. Other than that the care I did receive was exemplary no complaints as far as the dental work is concerned. I'm just really frustrated with how my front desk experience was, not to try to blame anyone currently working there, I'm sure there were all trying their best to do their job but someone at some point dropped the ball

I am so grateful for the care I received from my dentist , Dr. Dionne, today. I had been suffering from tooth, pain and sensitivity and the treatment she provided brought me real relief. I especially appreciated that she took a conservative approach and did not recommend anything more. Invasive than necessary. she was kind, professional, and truly cared about helping me feel better

As always my experience at Sprucewood Dental was actually pleasant! Yes I enjoyed my teeth cleaning as I felt I was in the hands of competent and truly caring individuals. I drive an hour from home to go to this clinic- and would happily drive twice that to receive the professional, excellent care I get from this practice.

We had the most amazing experience at Sprucewood dental. My children have had difficulties with the dentists in the past. Holly made this all change. She was extremely sweet, kind and patient with them. She is a master of her craft. Now they are excited to go to the dentist and it's all because of the care that Holly took. Thank you for turning this into a great experience for them.

I had an excellent experience during my dental cleaning. The entire visit was very professional from start to finish. The staff made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was gentle and completely pain-free, which made a big difference for me. Everything was explained clearly, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for high-quality, professional care.

Dr. Dionne and the team here is the best you can ask for. Quality work, honest, takes time for you, explains everything and more. I had pain and discomfort in some teeth we couldn’t determine the cause of due to work from a different office. I dealt with it for over a year which they told me was “normal”. I had Dr. Dionne replace the 3 fillings giving me problems and albeit being a lot of work, I can finally chew again within a week of it all being done. You know quality especially when you’ve had the opposite. Additionally, the service is always kind and delightful.
