My experience with Invisalign at this office was disappointing. To their credit, the initial consultation went smoothly; everything was explained clearly, and I was shown a preview of expected results. I made all my payments on time throughout the $6,600+ treatment. However, my front teeth never fully aligned. When I brought this up, the orthodontist dismissed the issue by telling me I had "lazy teeth." I was shocked and unsure how to respond at the time, especially since I had followed the recommended wear schedule. Instead of taking accountability or offering a constructive solution—such as adjustment aligners to reach the promised outcome—she stated that replacement retainers would cost an additional $300. Given the significant financial investment, I expected professional communication, empathy, and a clear resolution. Instead, I was met with dismissive answers and no viable path forward. I rarely post negative reviews, but I hope the practice improves its follow-through and patient communication.

I had Elaine for my cleaning! It was my first time meeting her and she was very kind and gentle. I enjoyed chatting with her, and she helped me feel more comfortable and less tense during the cleaning. I appreciated her being so kind because I know I need to be flossing more. She gave me some great tips to help push me in the right direction in a gentle and kind hearted way. I’ve been going to this office for regular dental care for over 10 years, even since moving slightly farther away from Brookline, and I also completed Invisalign here this past year. I’ve had a consistently great experience with both the dental and orthodontic teams. The dentists, orthodontist, and staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the office is very well run and organized. I really appreciate the quality of care and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this office! I've seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Kasraie and they've been great, and Kat was one of the most thorough hygienists I've ever had. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes going to the dentist a much better experience.

I always have such a great experience with my dental hygienist Mu! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and makes me feel comfortable every time. She explains everything clearly and offers helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene without being pushy or judgmental. My teeth have never felt cleaner! You can really tell she cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

Love this office so much! They are always so thorough and take the time to clean your teeth and walk you through everything. Kat the hygienist specifically went through all my photos and taught me how to improve my dental routine.
