Hallmark Dental Brentwood

I was a nervous since I hadn't been to a dentist is years. Nurse Jacquie was very polite knowledgeable it made me feel extremely comfortable. The doctor seemed like he takes pride in his work. It was my first visit I look forward to more. Great first impression.

I got care for an emergency visit and this was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind and Dr. Donaldson was so compassionate and knowledgeable. We just moved here and I get nervous going to see the dentist and this was a truly incredible experience. I’m so grateful to have found this office and so thankful they were able to get me in quickly and help.

I had a great experience at Hallmark Dental. The front desk staff was very welcoming, the hygienist was gentle, thorough and efficient. Dr. Donelson took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is clean, efficient and runs as it should. Highly recommend this practice!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Donelson and Hallmark Dental enough. The entire staff was beyond amazing. I am so afraid of the dentist and they ensured I was calm and comfortable the entire time. They were friendly and upbeat and encouraging. They have a lifetime patient.

Tl;dr: If you need a smile makeover but have horrible anxiety around dentists, Hallmark Dental is for you. I cannot reccomend them enough. Prior to my first visit at Hallmark Dental, it had probably been a decade since I'd last seen a dentist (and I had never had a pleasant experience at a dentist's office). I was terrified, but the staff were all non-judgmental and kind. My hygienist was amazing and I was genuinely shocked by the results. Dr. Donelson and his team prioritize comfort: I am able to wear headphones to drown out loud noise, they are always checking in with me, and I was prescribed a medication to keep me calm (which I have found I do not need anymore, because I am no longer afraid of the dentist!) While my prior experience at the dentist was having to be in pain before more anesthesia would be applied, Dr. Donelson stays ahead of sensitivity and is always asking if I feel any pain. I required a quite extensive treatment plan, with many root canals planned, and Dee, the office manager, helped us tremendously with figuring out financing options. Dr. Donelson and his staff have been unbelievably flexible with my care plan, and made what we thought could be impossible a life-changing reality. We're not finished with everything, but I basically have new teeth. For the first time in at least a decade, there are pictures of me smiling with my teeth. I can't really express how much of a difference this has made in my life. I am in less pain and I have more self-esteem. I also just want to mention that Summer is amazing and being able to text the office is so convenient, especially when you have anxiety around phone calls.

The staff here is so kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Jacqueline was my hygienist and I love her. She was so nice and relatable. I was nervous to go in and felt so much more relaxed and comfortable when I was sitting in her chair. She did an excellent job explaining everything to me and took time to make sure I understood. What I thought was going to be an overwhelming experience ended up being easy peasy. Dr. Donelson is great as well. I highly recommend giving Hallmark Dental a chance if you need a dentist that will help you relax, feel more confident and will take time to explain things for you in easy to understand terms.

Like many other people I have a heighten level of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and through the years I have had many experiences not worthy of posting, but Hallmark Dental has transformed my anxiety into something way more comfortable and calm. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and Dr Donelson is a no pressure kind of doctor! He takes the time to get to know his patients and works within their comfort zone. I had a new hygienist today, Jacqueline and she was great! I definitely recommend Hallmark Dental!

Hallmark Dental has changed my life! I started going to them in an emergency situation and in severe pain. From the moment I walked in the door they treated me with compassion. You could tell they enjoyed their job and knew what they were doing. Dr. Donaldson is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! He has preformed many procedures on me from root canals to dental implants and the experience has been top notch! Very fast, straight to business, and no pain. The entire staff at Hallmark Dental is amazing and friendly! I actually enjoy going to the dentist LOL. I could sit and talk to the front desk ladies all day! They completely transformed my smile and in doing so my confidence. I couldn’t recommend Hallmark Dental enough! 10/10 experience!

Everyone was super friendly and the office vibe made the appointment very relaxing. Hygienist(can't remember her name), was great and very thorough with exam and cleaning. Dr. Donelson took care of my loose crown and provided a treatment plan for a future procedure. He too was very thorough and made the entire experience great! All in all, very pleased with Hallmark and I'll be back for future dental work!
