Northwest Dental Center

After recently moving to Boise from Kentucky, I’m so happy to have found a new home for my dental care! Jennii was incredible—truly the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. She was thorough, gentle, and made the entire experience so comfortable. Dr. Bingham was wonderful as well—kind, professional, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My teeth have officially found their happy home in Boise!

Nice clean neat office. Everyone is friendly. Dr. Cook really knows his craft. I have been his patient for more than ten years, and my wife is now also a patient. I am always happy to see him, unlike some of my previous dentists.

Just had my implant post put in my jaw by Dr. Cook.. Procedure went great, no pain during or even now the day after. I was worried but they made sure I was comfortable etc.. I’ve been a patient of Dr Cooks and Northwest Dental for about 25+ yrs now and I highly recommend them. Great people and Dr Cook is the best as far as I’m concerned 👍🏼👍🏼

Dr Cook was my parents Dentist and now he is mine, he's kinda part of the family now. And that is how all of them are. Dr. Cook cares about keeping me comfortable and pain level. Two most important things for me, I doubt you want photos of a crown being put on. Lol

Best dentist in Boise! I’ve been coming here for all my dental work for over 10 years. They are all so nice! They are clean, affordable, professional and so very helpful and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had some pretty horrible experiences with other dentists over the years and Northwest Dental has gained my trust. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received from them.

Caring and patient professionals. They'll chat with you about your appointment and your family. They're gentle, but will also respect your wishes to go without being numbed, when possible. I've done that with some of my smaller fillings. I can feel anxious at the dentist, plus I suffer from chronic migraines and they are quite accommodating. They also have a small children's play area in the waiting room. I've only ever seen Dr. Cook, but I haven't heard anything bad about the other dentist, either. I've been going there for many years and my only poor experience was with a receptionist that is no longer employed there. I usually make my appointments in the morning and rarely wait even 5 minutes. My husband has to make his appointments late in the day and has waited up to 45 minutes. I always see Tracy for my cleanings. She's amazing! She's personable but will also leave you be if you want to listen to your headphones. She takes extra measures to protect my teeth and my comfort. They also have movies available to watch, if you prefer.
