All Family Dental and Braces

My appointment was in the summer was I July 2025, a month after I had given birth. I got there early, and then waited 3 hours for service between being moved from the waiting room to a chair. My partner and newborn were waiting for me and had to go home. I watched the staff come and go and walked passed my open room eating cupcakes. One of them made a comment that they shouldn't be eating in front of patients, but ignored me. No one apologized or told me what was happening. I wish I walked out. Eventually, I got a routine cleaning and a fluoride polish for $25 that I paid out of pocket. My insurance paid off the rest. I cancelled my follow-up, and a year later, they have have been sending dozens of letters for me to pay $10. They have spent well over $10 in postage fees and time sending these. If I could send a fee for the 3 hours I waited at my last appointment, I would.

Amazing experience. Clean. Friendly welcoming. Clear and detailed communication. Detailed examination and clear precise care plan including out of pocket cost with insurance. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for an express service. This is just the place. It was a quick in and out dental cleaning. However, there are some negative impressions. The waiting area is small and outdated with an uncomfortable bench. The staff is kind but not trying to get to know you genuinely. The atmosphere is more of a doctor/patient care than a family vibe. The dentist who intended to me was just there to do his job. Didn’t seem to friendly. The staff needed a positive uplift. Also, office seemed like a storm ran through it. Stacks of paperwork everywhere.

Ive been having a hard time finding a good dentist to fix my soon chipped tooth. Dr. Medina is the absolute best. She calm, informational, and wonderful at her job. She will be our forever dentist.

I really enjoy coming to this place, really great customer service, all the staff are caring with each of the patients, this is the fastest dentist I’ve been to, great switched of dental care! The orthodontist really great person, treats everybody with care and tends to always put a smile on my face when I get to see him!

My son and I have been patients at All Family Dental and Braces; Berwyn for about 4 years now. We live in Chicago but I don’t mind driving to Berwyn for our dental hygiene! At present I can only provide feedback based on the initial appointment and process of having my granddaughter's braces installed. The staff and providers have been great at organizing services and patient care. I would recommend All Family Dental and Braces based on our initial experience.

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and well cared for. The level of attention and excellent dental care they provide is outstanding.
