I have been going to Dr Dentice for many years. I love her practice and her staff. I highly recommend this practice!

Not trustworthy. I went for severe nerve pain that got worse as the day went on and her daughter told me I had no cavities and erroneously prescribed me a custom night guard even after I said I have never woke up with tooth pain. When I was told the price I would pay for it only an hour and 20 minutes after they took the scan (over $530 out of pocket which I absolutely couldn’t afford at the time I was told it was too late to cancel and I HAD to pay them. I ended up paying 50% of the costs which was their cost to the mouth guard manufacturer for something I absolutely did not need. At the time I was in so much pain I accepted anything they told me to do even tho the mouth guard didn’t make any sense because my pain was before bed not after, they used it as an opportunity to sell me a high margin item. Suddenly at my next cleaning less than 30 days later I was told I have FOUR cavities after being told I had none. Something didn’t seem right so I got a second opinion who said you could barely justify filling one of the so called cavities. I believe they tried to do unnecessary work as punishment even tho I still covered their entire cost for something I didn’t want or need. I regret giving them any money for the night guard at all. Not trustworthy

Long story short, in 2019 Dr. Dentice drilled a cavity, came back a few days later because it don’t feel right. She adjusted the bite. Next day I had the worst tooth pain of my life. Had to go to the first emergency dentist that would take me. They said my filling was sitting on an exposed nerve. Had to have an emergency root canal. Cost me $2000 of my own money.

Dental care can be really anxiety inducing and stressful for folks - but the whole team made me feel comfortable and cared for as a new patient. I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Rumbaugh who addressed all of my concerns and quickly fixed an issue I had been having for years (and which other Dentists had ignored). If you're in the market for a new provider, I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Dentice is a very caring, talented dentist who views each patient as a unique individual and determines what treatment is best suited for them. She goes above and beyond in making the dental experience a positive one. Would totally recommend

Everyone at Dr. Dentice's practice is awesome!! The hygienists are super friendly and thorough, they make sure you're not in pain, and they always answer all of my (many!) questions patiently and kindly. They work together seamlessly and even check on each other to see if anyone needs help. And Dr. Dentice is wonderful! She's very friendly as well, very efficient and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care even if you don't like going to the dentist. She even spoke to me about a facial surgery I need but never thought I'd be able to get and gave a recommendation of a surgeon to see. All three of the hygienists I've seen, as well as Dr. Dentice, give good recommendations for continuing care and tips to improve your teeth. The entire practice really is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them and I am so glad I stumbled upon this office!!
