Dr. Masha and assistant Emily were amazing. Dr masha puts comfort at the forefront while getting procedure done. They were both so reassuring during the entire visit.

I would recommend SMILEPOINT DENTAL to everyone I know. Doctor Marsha, Hygienist Kayla, and Emily, Shrita, Keira were all very nice and very respectful. They make you feel important and special and that's how you'll feel when you leave, with a smile on your face. I just met them and I love them already. ❤️❤️

I underwent a wisdom teeth removal in 2024. During the procedure, I repeatedly expressed to the doctor that I was in significant pain and that something did not feel right. Despite my concerns, the procedure continued, and my jaw was ultimately dislocated. Immediately after the removal, I informed the doctor that I was unable to close my mouth. I was told that this was simply due to swelling and that it would resolve on its own. Relying on that information, I went 3 to 4 days with my mouth stuck open, unable to eat or function normally, without receiving a proper evaluation. As my condition did not improve, I was forced to seek emergency medical care, where hospital staff confirmed that my jaw had been dislocated and had to be manually reset. I was also informed that my case was unusually severe for someone my age, as I was only 21 at the time. Following this, I attempted to contact the dental office to report what had happened. I was told I would receive a return call, but I was never contacted. As a result of this experience, I lost approximately 20 pounds within two weeks due to my inability to eat. I have also been left responsible for hospital bills, ambulance fees, and additional dental expenses that I believe were caused by this incident and the lack of proper care and follow-up.

Called for an emergency root canal and was able to get an appointment the same day and get the root canal done that same day as well!!! Everyone from the front desk to the dentist and the finance team was amazing! Super kind and friendly staff, beautiful building, clear communication, and amazing dentistry work on short notice! I’ve been recommending them to everyone I’ve spoken to already and won’t stop! They’re my new go to dentist in this area and I can’t brag about em enough!

This was my first visit to Smilepoint Dental and I was pleased with the results. I changed to them from another dentist who said I needed 3 crowns. Dr. Masha recommended less treatment because it was not worth putting crowns on two wisdom teeth, to which I agreed. The hygenist, Carah, did a great job cleaning my teeth and the assistant, Emily, made me feel quite comfortable in taking xrays and getting ready for my appointment. I intend to continue with Smilepoint Dental for future Dental needs.

Dr. Natouf , Kayla and Emily took very good care of me! I'm a BIG baby when it comes to the dentist and they could tell I'm sure from my elevated blood pressure. They are kind, understanding and sensitive to my fear of dental work. I highly recommend this office and staff. Never had a better experience. 100% 👍

Smilepoint Dental saw me the same day for severe toothache pain, and I am so grateful. The entire staff was friendly, caring, and professional, which really helped calm my nerves. They did an awesome job, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I recommend small point dental they are very professional very friendly. This was my nine year old‘s first time going to the dentist She really enjoyed herself. They made her feel comfortable the hygienist Carah and the assistant Emily were really nice and professional. I recommend Smile point dental if it’s your child’s first time going to the dentist.
