Gentle Dental Avondale

I appreciate the staff at this location. Very easy to communicate with. I recommend any one who wants to feel welcomed and cared for visit! Jackie is the kindest and sweetest Dental assistant and the Doc is an easy going guy to get you educated and in the right path to beautiful teeth!

I went here once and the hygienist accused me of not flossing because my gums were swollen. The 2nd time she refused to clean my teeth due to swollen gums. The 3rd time I went she refused again. She had to send me to a gums specialist. Why did it take her this many tries to send me to a specialist. I went 1.5 years with no cleaning. I was sent to a different location to gave gum cleaning and am still having problems. I will be switching dentists that's for sure. They cant figure out why my gums are swollen. That is their job to help my mouth!

While I lived in Calif I used Gentle Dental, then I moved to AZ, my new ins issued a new dentist for me, I rejected, and asked for Gentle Dental in my area. Was so happy to find a location close to me. I love my new dentist and all the staff at the office. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly, they make me relax and feel very comfortable. Thanks guys. Oh, they're affordable too.

Great customer service from the girls up front! Can't say enough about my hygienist, Angel..she is amazing at her job! Very thorough and has my teeth looking AMAZING!!!!! Keep up the good works!

I have been with this dentistry for a little over 5 years! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! This week I went in for services and was seen by Dr. Morejon! He was kind enough to explain everything he was going to do and doing and checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay!! A bonus they give you a warm blanket, you can pick a movie and they give you headphones 🎧 so you don't have to hear all the drilling 😆 the name says it all... Gentle Family Dentistry. I recommend for you and your family

Office staff are all very friendly and nice. The dentist and ortho team members are great and professional. I really really dislike their phone system. When you call, it’s never straightforward on getting someone on the line. You’re on hold forever for no reason.

I had a really great experience at Gentle Dental. Check-in was super easy thanks to Monique at the front desk—she was friendly and efficient. My cleaning with Angel was excellent as always—she’s thorough, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. The doctor who does my checkups is amazing—always professional, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. November handled my checkout and it was quick, and straightforward. Both of my kids also have braces here, and we’ve been really happy with the results they’re getting. It’s been amazing to see the transformation of their teeth—it’s made a big difference, and we truly appreciate the care and attention they’ve received. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Definitely a five-star experience every time I come in!
