Sommers Family Dental is phenomenal, the front desk ladies were great, acknowledged me right away they very nice, the dental assistant at my first appt was great, the assistant for my wisdom tooth removal was also great they were welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Malecki was great as well, I always feel that if you stick me with a needle and it doesn’t hurt then you’re great at what you do and I’m happy I’m there, well I literally felt no pain and I immediately felt comfortable with him. This office doesn’t know it but I am someone who gets scared, gets nervous gets sweaty and I fight myself to not get up and leave a dentist office, well from the day I called to the day I got my wisdom tooth removed I was at ease, so I recommend this office to anyone and everyone! Thank you Dr Malecki and the staff you are all a 10/10!

My tooth extraction was smooth and fast! They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. As a new patient, I was fortunate to get a same-day appointment and procedure. Highly recommend!

I chipped my tooth and the pain was horrible and I needed an emergency dental appointment. I called one place who stated they took emergencies but was booked for the day, that didn't make much sense to me. I found Sommers Family Dental online as they are not that far from me gave them a call and she told me to come right on in. The office is very nice and so are the ladies at the front desk they were so helpful including my dental assistant she was great 👍🏾. Soon as she called me back she started taking my trays and pictures for the doctor to see and he came in. Dr. Malecki was great health told me a needed a root canal done and he was able to do the same day. He was very gentle and continuously ask me if I was in pain during the procedure and would stop to numb the area more so I wouldn't feel anything. The doctor and the dental assistant worked great together as a team and that meant a lot too me being that I have 20 year experience in the medical field myself. She explained the procedure and went over the paper work and explained financing options as well. This will definitely be my new dental office to go from now on.

The whole staff was super nice and so helpful when my crown popped out and had to extract my tooth. They were able to answer all of my questions and eased my anxiety during the whole process! My husband and I think we found our forever dentists

Jen is amazing!!! I HATE going to the dentist and the cleaning was fantastic and now I’m getting all my teeth back to being great! Having cavities filled was nothing with Jen by side and Dr. Malecki letting me know how long everything was going to take. Best dental experience ever!

Sommers family dental is amazing. I’ve been going here since I was little and they accommodate me and my family so much. They are willing to work with you and provide the best treatment possible. They make me feel comfortable and so welcoming. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They are very reasonable!! They’ve provided me with not only cleanings but fixing chipped teeth as well. The staff is just amazing!!! I couldn’t be more appreciative of them!!

I had such a great experience at this dental office! Julie, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful—so gentle, thorough, and friendly, which made me feel really comfortable the entire time. Dr. Malecki took the time to explain everything I needed in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. As someone who would normally avoid dentists, I've never had a better experience than at Sommers family dental, Absolutely excellent people, very friendly and understanding. I had to get an exam done for kidney transplant clearance and they were more understanding of my position than I could have ever imagined. Their office is very clean and comforting. As a first time patient I wasn't put on a long wait list or have to schedule months prior. They have far surpassed any expectations I had and would happily recommend this dentistry practice to anyone.

Patient Experience and Intake I recently completed part one of a root canal with Sommers Family Dental, and the experience was genuinely excellent. Prior to my consultation, I disclosed significant dental anxiety and a non-dental trauma history with specific sensory triggers. I’ve delayed dental care in the past due to feeling rushed or dismissed elsewhere, so being heard and respected was extremely important to me. Front Desk and Office Management From the start, the team was professional and well organized. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, and the Office Manager took the time to discuss accommodations with me and ensured they were clearly communicated to the clinical staff. That level of coordination made a noticeable difference in my comfort. Clinical Care and Communication The initial dental assistant who roomed me reviewed the procedure again and made sure I didn’t have any remaining questions. The lead dental assistant working with the dentist was exceptionally skilled and moved in complete unison with the dentist throughout the procedure—it was seamless, efficient, and clearly the result of a well-practiced team. Both the dentist and assistant informed me of every step, checked in frequently, and ensured I was fully numb before proceeding. Procedure Experience The work itself went by much faster than I expected, and I never felt pain. This is the first time I’ve felt truly at ease in a dental office, which says a lot given my past experiences. Office Environment The office is clean, calm, and welcoming. There are TVs in the waiting area and exam rooms, small arcade games and a table for children, and complimentary coffee and water, which all add to a comfortable atmosphere. Overall Impression This was my first procedure with this practice, and I would absolutely return. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety or who need a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.
