I went in to get inordinate for a whitening kit. The first time I went in I took Impressions the lady said she would probably be able to have them for me later that day I didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. I called about 20 times anne none ever answered the phone. I left 4 messages and nobody ever called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone and they said I needed to take a new impression. I went in over a week ago now to take the second impression and still haven't heard anything back from them. The people are nice but communication is terrible. It's already paid for and I doubt they're going to give me my money back so I'm sure I'm probably just going to have to wait it out until I finally can get kit that I was supposed to have over a month ago.

I Love the staff, they are so helpful and friendly ❤️. I am terrified to go to the dentist 😬! I have not been hurt by any dentist and was beginning to relax, but the last time I went, he didn’t deaden my teeth enough and it HURT! HURT! I don’t want to go back, but know I’ll eventually have to 😵‍💫🙏🏼🙏🏼

I went to this dentist a year ago for a root canal and a crown placement. I was told that I had paid in full after the root canal and a temporary crown were placed. I was later billed With the explanation that my insurance didn’t cover the work done. This was a year ago. I’ve had constant Pain and infection with the tooth since then. Yesterday I went to a specialist in Las Cruces who confirmed my tooth cannot be saved, that I need to have it immediately removed and suggested I contacted a lawyer. After going over other reviews, I see that I am not the only one with these issues. The dentist and the staff were so kind during my appointment that it is heartbreaking that my root canal was done so incorrectly That I’m losing my tooth.

Had a couple of teeth extracted and it was done very quickly in one day,.Best part is I didn't have to have a lot of shots to keep me from feeling pain (as I'm a wimp) but it only the numbing agent along with one shot.Thank you so very much and I will definitely recommend you to other people...

I dont know her name but shes the only one in there that does cleanings right now, and she was amazing. She didnt mind that I talked to much, she was reassuring and compassionate, she did an amazing job especially because of my fear of teeth that causes anxiety during the appt and depression that has caused me to not take care of my teeth very well, she was fast but thoughtful letting me know where a rough patch may be and talked through every step, I am excited for my next appt because of her. Thank you ma'am, when i dreaded cleanings you made it enjoyable 💛

This dental clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long once I arrived. The staff were very polite and professional, and the dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They also gave helpful advice for maintaining my dental health. It’s great to find a place that truly cares about its patients. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the billing and administrative practices at Yucca Dental. I was contacted on 11/5/25 (and every month since then till now) regarding a $276.80 balance from 2024. Upon investigating with my insurance provider myself, I discovered the claim was never processed because the office failed to submit the required clinical visit notes and basic information regarding the dentist's license number. Despite my relocation out of state, I am still the one facilitating communication that the office should have handled years ago. Their lack of administrative follow-through and poor coordination with insurance providers is unacceptable. If you value transparent billing and professional insurance handling, you may want to look elsewhere.
