I recommend Dr David Li. The assistants are incredibly welcoming, and I was taken back for a root canal exactly on time. Dr David Li was so gentle, explained every step of my procedures and made sure I felt completely at ease. The office is spotless with great technology, and they clearly explained my insurance costs upfront. Highly recommend.

Exceptional treatment and care. I would highly recommend this practice. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone takes great care of their patients. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had.

I'm sure the doctors here are knowledgeable and provide great care, but the office really needs to be more considerate of their patients' time and effort. I had an appointment at 1:30 PM, checked in early, and was placed in an exam room on time. However, the doctor didn't see me until around 2:00 PM, and the visit lasted less than a minute. To make matters worse, my issue couldn't even be taken care of that day. I had to take time off work just to come to this appointment, only to be sent home without any treatment or resolution. It was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing.

I found the Ivy Institute through word of mouth, and their ability to be able to get me in on an urgent basis, the care I’ve received so far and the overall experience and cleanliness of the place has got me flying to LA from San Francisco when I need to be seen. I was told to just get a bad tooth pulled but was convinced to try and save it and get it retreated which is exactly what The Ivy Institute did…. And today, I still have my one tooth with no regrets.

My experience was positive from the moment I arrived. I was seen as scheduled, and Dr. Hosn's assistant was welcoming. Dr. Hosn was reassuring and answered my question. Once the procedure started he kept me informed throughout the process. Later that day I had a question regarding one of the prescriptions and he took my call and cleared up my concern. Later that evening Dr. Hosn called to check on my progress and answer any questions I may have. I was happy to report minimal swelling and no notable pain only slightly discomfort, which is to be expected. I highly recommend Dr. Hosn at The Ivy Institute and his staff.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I came in on Monday morning suffering from a horrible toothache, they were fully booked but still agreed to see me, right away Dr. Spyridon sent a prescription to ease my pain. He could see that I was in a lot of pain and agreed to do my root canal after hours. The nerves and my roots are interconnected and twisty, it was no easy procedure. Glad they have the skills and technology to handle complex procedures.Throughout the procedure the Dr and his team member made sure I was comfortable, he took his time cleaning out the infection. I’m grateful that they stayed late and relieved my pain. Highly recommend their services.
