I had an amazing experience at Lakeside Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The check-in staff were warm and professional, and that level of care continued throughout my entire visit. I especially want to recognize my care team: Dr. Penland and Maria, the dental professionals; Shanta, my dental assistant; and Melissa, my treatment coordinator. Everyone took the time to make sure I understood my dental care, treatment plan, and the process moving forward. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency. There were no surprises about what I was expected to pay, and I knew exactly what my treatment plan involved. That level of communication gave me confidence and made the entire experience much less stressful. I truly felt cared for from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire Lakeside Dentistry team for the kindness, professionalism, and support. I greatly appreciate you all and would absolutely recommend Lakeside Dentistry!

Wonderful place to go and take care of my broken tooth but even better when I was able to share the moment with my wife. I was very pleased with my experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry. They were very welcoming from the first step in the door. They explained each step of the process and what they were doing to help me. I felt very comfortable with the information given and they explained all answers to any questions I had. Caitlin (sp), my hygienist, was awesome!!! Everyone was very kind and it felt like a warm atmosphere. I would highly recommend!

Services are wonderful-staff is terrific. Dentist is excellent at explaining the procedure. Just a strain on my limited bank account but you get what you pay for and sadly my insurance doesn’t pay what they charge. The staff, facility and equipment are all first rate! Glad I chose them and they are convenient to my Apopka home as well.

The atmosphere at Lakeside Family Dentistry was awesome as soon as you walk in. Everyone at the front desk greets you. I have never been to an office, especially a doctor’s office, where everyone greeted you. My hygienist was Caitlin and she was awesome! She was very helpful, pleasant and comical ❤️. I appreciate her letting me know what was best for my teeth. I’ll be back!

Very clean, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The initial exam and eval were very thorough and extensive. This gave me confidence and instilled a sense of trust in Dr. Penland and staff. Daniella, Ubay (forgive me if I misspelled!) and Daria, with whom I had personal interaction with. This was especially helpful to me to make a complete plan moving forward. Definitely recommend!
