This place is highly professional and clean. I was referred here by a dental hygienist, which already says a lot. My upper right wisdom tooth was unfortunately decaying (gross, I know). They did an xray, and extracted it on the same day. Marie the dental nurse (I think that was her name?), Dr. Devadiga, and Dr. G were awesome. My tooth had bulbous roots that made the extraction quite difficult. They did a fantastic job. They will definitely be my go-to dentist from now on. 10/10, highly recommend!

I recently moved to PA and this was my second visit at Brookside Dental Care. Safe to say, I had another great experience! Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the office is always clean and organized. A special thank you to my dental hygienist, Salma. She was incredibly kind, friendly, genuine, and thoughtful. What really stood out was that she remembered our conversation from my last visit, which made me feel like more than just another patient. She made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning, was very thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. It’s those personal touches that make such a difference. I was never someone who went to the dentist regularly, but ever since I started going to Brookside Dental, that has completely changed. The entire team makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Salma, my dental hygienist, took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, explain everything clearly, and give me honest, helpful advice about improving my dental health. Dr. Gilliland was equally professional, knowledgeable, and caring, offering great recommendations and making sure all of my questions were answered. I’ve been a patient for many years, love my hygienists and dentists but the last two visits have been on the decline when it comes to service at the front desk and that needs to be Evaluated. It’s poor service not to inform patients in advance they will now have a fee for what has been preventative services for years. I run over for my twice year cleaning told by hygentist I’m due for X-rays that’s normal no thought to this service. Welp to my surprise checking out I’m given a balance to pay. Big or small that’s not the point. I question why and since when. When I tell you, the receptionists spoke to me as if I don’t know what the heck I’m talking about, as if this is always been the case, As if I’ve had these x-rays before and they were covered, The one with the longer hair tried to even tell me that I’ve had the service before, trying to explain to me as if I’m dumb that these 2 EXTRA x-rays have always been done of two or three front teeth of the mouth. and then to blame the insurance which I had already indicated I’ve been work for Aetna for going on 15 years and I’ve always had the same dental plan so telling me that insurance now doesn’t cover something as if they had a change was A LIE. they’re not the ones to BLAME. It’s basic service not preventative service. what’s normal Is your 360 x-ray Every three years, what’s also normal is bitewing x-rays, but because there’s no frequency when the x-ray that was done for the front teeth insurance calls that basic care. Now New and I guess maybe needed for certain patients, Am I allowed to opt out of this at this point for future reference , it not as if I’m not prone to having cavities not a high cavity candidate I can’t remember the last time I had a cavity. My other visit six months ago I had to Keep myself in the area for my 17-year-old son to comfort for his cleaning because he’s not allowed to be seen by himself Do you think there was any empathy? Do you think they gave a damn absolutely not which then had my blood pressure worked up. I question even then why wasn’t told that prior to the appointment why wasn’t I told that when I scheduled it that way because of his sports versus trying to make it work around the schedule of my hygienist and everything else that we could be seen on the same day.

Brandi was excellent, always keeping me aware of what she was doing and what she was finding. Nice coffee bar and warm cookies in the waiting room (didn’t take anything until after my cleaning) and a surprise gift as a new customer!

I’ve been going to Brookside Dental for years now, and every visit has been a great experience. I had my semi-annual cleaning today with Abigail and she was excellent, very friendly, thorough, and she always makes the appointment comfortable. She takes the time to explain things and gives helpful tips without making it feel overwhelming. Dr. Hadian is also great. He’s personable, professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The entire office runs smoothly and everyone is welcoming from the moment you walk in. They consistently do a great job, and I highly recommend Brookside Dental.
