We had an amazing visit with Alexandria Children’s Dentistry today! Dr. Angela and her team are warm, welcoming and friendly and they were very patient with my daughter who had a tooth removed. The procedure went smoothly and I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Angela’s genuine kindness, caring nature and expertise shines through in her personality. What an amazing team!

This office is really something! Everything is great here. The team is careful and patient, they always answer any questions I have. Little incentives like the no cavity club and rewards for a good job go a long way! And being there feels like a very luxury dentist office, I wish I had something like this as an adult!

We had an amazing first visit at Alexandria Children’s Dentistry! We switched from a family dentistry because we wanted a more child-friendly pediatric dental experience, and this office exceeded every expectation. The dental assistant was incredibly patient and kind, explaining every step to my son in such a gentle and fun way. She made what could have been a scary experience feel exciting and comfortable. The doctor was just as wonderful and took the time to explain everything clearly to me in simple terms that parents can easily understand. The entire office is truly designed with kids in mind. From the welcoming environment to the positive energy of the staff, you can tell they genuinely care about the children they treat. The receptionist was also so friendly and helpful from the moment we called and throughout the entire visit. My son left so happy and proud with his “No Cavity” certificate, a bouncy ball, sticker, and balloon. It made the visit feel like such a celebration for him. I’m so grateful we found this office and highly recommend Alexandria Children’s Dentistry to any parents looking for a kind, patient, and truly kid-focused pediatric dentist.

Ruth Portillo is truly incredible. She is so warm, patient, and always treats our family with a smile. My son, Miles, has always been extremely nervous at the dentist, but Ruth has such a calming, maternal way about her that immediately puts him at ease. During his cavity filling, she was gentle, reassuring, and made him feel safe the entire time. He even told me he likes this dentist better than his last because of Ruth…which says everything. She is wonderful with kids, and you can tell she brings her natural motherly instincts into her work. We are lucky she works at Alexandria Children’s Dentistry, it’s definitely a part of what keeps us coming back.

Absolutely love Alexandria Children's Dentistry. My kids have gone since they were 1 and are now 8 and 10 at the Landmark location. I love that this office is. So focused on the community. They are not just about making money - they are about making a difference in the lives of our kids. My heart is full - the back to school block party was so so great. I 100% recommend d this office. The doctors... The hygienists...receptionists- EVERYONE - GREAT people.

Amazing experience for both kids and parents. It's a friendly and welcoming experience as soon as you walk in the door. We saw Troy who immediately started walking us through the process and explained how the visit was going to be, he later went and grabbed a goodie bag with toys, stickers and dental utensils for my baby. He played her favorite show to ease her into seeing the Doctor. Dr. Angela then arrived checked her out and was brief, gentle and sweet with my baby. We were able to take pictures with a pretty back drop and received a cute 1st visit certificate. Troy walked me to the door and made sure all of our questions were answered.
