Dr. C Family Dentistry

I was dealing with severe wisdom tooth pain for two weeks, and unfortunately, my primary dentist in Western Washington wasn’t able to help, even during an “emergency appointment.” Since I was heading to Spokane to finish out my summer vacation, I was nervous about finding a dentist in an area I wasn’t familiar with. Thankfully, I found Dr. C Family Dentistry! They got me in the very next day and even set aside extra time in case an extraction was needed. Dr. Abrams was friendly, straightforward, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Before moving forward with the extraction, the treatment coordinator went over my insurance coverage and costs with me, which were surprisingly much more affordable than what I was quoted by my primary dentist. They completed the extraction that same day, and the entire process was quick and painless. I could finally enjoy the rest of my vacation pain-free! After such a positive experience, I decided to schedule my daughter for a consultation as well. They got her in the following week, reviewed the X-rays from her primary dentist, and took the time to explain their recommendations. Everything she needed was completed in about an hour and a half, and she didn’t feel a thing! Even though my daughter was very serious throughout the appointment, Dr. Abrams kept the atmosphere light with his positive and upbeat personality. I’m glad we found Dr. C Family Dentistry and were able to get everything taken care of. Thank you to Dr. Abrams and the entire team for making both of our experiences so easy and comfortable!

We needed urgent care for our 8-yr-old while visiting family in the area. They were able to get us in the next day and as soon as we got there I was given the piece of mind I needed. Dr. Bean was very thorough in explaining what was going on and explained our options. His technician was also great! I'm so glad we went with them and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

We called to see if we can get an appointment as soon as possible. They were attentive and got us in at our earliest convenience. Check in process was fast and easy. Dental experience was fast. Check out was pain free and a relief. Lol… prescription was sent right away to pharmacy. This Excellent service I would highly recommend to anyone. Oh yeah! I was able to enjoy my ice caramel latte while I was waiting for my hubby to get done :)

I love Brittaney at Dr. C’s in airway heights. She is very thorough and has amazing attention to detail which I appreciate. She also was able to help me find a quality vibrator, flosser that is. I will be returning to her as patient. Also Dr. Chad is pretty cool too. Overall great experience. Thank you!

After experiencing such terrible experiences at Airway Heights Dental, I was hesitant to try another practice close to home. BUT! Let me tell you, the team here at Dr. C is AMAZING and I 10 out of 10 recommend! I saw Brittaney for my dental care and she was super friendly and just explained everything so well and went over and beyond to help me take better care of my teeth! Will definitely be recommending all of my friends and their kiddos to come here!!:)

First time to a dentist in a while and they were all super nice and inviting. The front desk kept checking in with me and offering refreshments and I loved my oral hygienist Brittney! She made sure i was comfortable and she was really knowledgeable and informative. I loved her sense of humor too. I cant remember her name but i also really appreciated the time the lady over by the payment and scheduling took with us to go over everything with me and my husband.

i have an anxiety disorder, and i’m the most anxious at the dentist. i was so anxious that i didn’t go to a dentist for 8 years, and i really appreciate that they never made me feel bad about it and didn’t judge me. they’re incredibly understanding and accommodating. they were also very kind and compassionate after i honestly told them i had postpartum depression and wasn’t brushing my teeth often. they truly seem to want to support and help you. if you or your child are neurodivergent like i am, i really recommend this place. a few months ago when i had my deep cleaning, they put on a movie to help distract me. they gave me something to hold because i forgot my stress ball, provided earplugs so i wouldn’t have to hear sounds that are very difficult for me due to sensory issues, and gave me sunglasses. i was so grateful. even though i was still anxiously shaking the whole time, they were very reassuring, which made me feel much better. i also really appreciated that they continued to check in with me to make sure i was okay. they’re very understanding and truly listen if you don’t want to do something or if something is hurting too much. this is the best experience i’ve ever had at a dentist. and even though i still struggle a lot, i’ve been slowly feeling more and more comfortable here.
