Abilene Dental Care - West

Woman ran office with great dentist and hygienists. I really enjoyed the care I received from this office today. They took their time, provided me with knowledgeable expertise, and was fairly inexpensive with my insurance. I was happy with the level of care and service I received.

I have put off dental work for more than 10 years. I have a nasty infection and finally just gave in. I was scared and embarrassed due to previous dentist making comments about the state of my mouth. Not only were they patient, thorough, and super understanding. The price is so affordable. I am so happy! Israel, Jeannie and Dr. Abdullah made sure I was calm, understood everything every step of the way! Thanks for taking the time to actually care!

While in Abilene for work, had a crown come off. They were able to work me in same day!! Very prompt, thorough and professional! If i lived locally, would definitely make them my regular dentist!

We had a great experience at our dental appointment . The front desk guy was very nice and helpful from the start. The X-ray nurse was so patient and gentle with my daughter, which I really appreciated. The doctor was very sweet and took time to help my daughter feel comfortable and talk with her. We even had 3 appointments at the same time, and everything went very smoothly. Thank you for taking such good care of our family! 😊🦷✨

I am a first time patient. I called to schedule an appointment because I lost a crown. They saw me the following day which was great! Jeannie Bower was wonderful! I was very nervous and she quickly and kindly put me at ease. She was very gentle when she took my x-rays. She is very knowledgeable as well. She anticipated what Dr. Abdullah would require to answer the couple of questions I had and asked the questions for me when I forgot! It’s like she knew I would get nervous again and would forget - talk about great customer care! Dr. Abdullah told her she would need additional x-rays to properly answer the questions and Jeannie already had them! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I noticed the doctor has a different attitude with her staff than with her patients. She was very nice and respectful to me. However, I did notice she can be short and not so respectful with her staff. I don’t know if that is just her demeanor in general or if she was having a not so good day. The reason this is concerning to me is, I know that can have a trickling effect. The staff (that I came in contact with) were very friendly, professional and respectful but I feel that if not respected their attitudes and job performance could be affected, therefore, affecting customer service.

I felt right at home. Very easy to talk to and ask questions about treatment plan. Seemed like it was a lot to accomplish but I was explained that it would take several appointments but not too many. It was perfect. Will keep updates posted til goal is reached

Went to get an evaluation for cavities and to inquire about a deep cleaning. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They look like a good team. Organized and reasonable for any emergency. Wait time for a walk-in is good. Referred by my dental insurance options. Had a quick clean and polish. Had some overthinking before my evaluation turned out fine. Thank you!

Amazing staff and dentist! Nicer environment, office space over the previous location on Hickory St. Dental assistants, hygienists are amazing, caring, gentle and very thorough, as well as professional. Sorry I didn't get their names. Israel, the front desk manager is on top of everything that keeps the operation running from Q&A to scheduling, billing and overall customer service. Anything my wife & I have ever needed, Israel has been able to accommodate. On my last visit I had two fillings and a deep clean, 99% pain free. My fault for not maintaining & flossing. Thank you all again! My wife & I have referred several people to this office. Highly recommend!
